HUGE UPDATE AND SO GLAD I DID THIS RETURN VISIT. I listed some pictures of the juicy pod. 2 previous stores sold me this disposable just as you see in the pics. The staff at house of vapes just earned a nod. I thought the lady had my order wrong because she was the first shop that sold it to me in the original box. That tells me they just want to do real straightforward transactions. That’s refreshing in an industry where it is so hit or miss. Thanks again Gabby. There I was. In a rush, hurrying in for a quick disposable. I had no time to really soak this shop in, but believe me, I will be spending some time there. Gabby was so down to earth. She definitely knows the industry. Without a flinch she was able to recite the different variations in the Geek Vape Boost coils. They have reasonable prices, Huge selection, Friendly staff, and you literally can't miss it when directions are concerned. All Around Awesome. Go check it out for yourself!!

Usually a great experience and almost everyone is nice to me and super helpful expect for the girl with the Medusa tattoo on her arm. Every time I come in I’m met with a feeling of just not being welcome and an attitude. Kinda ruins my trip before I get there every time cuz I dread dealing with her.

This is a great place with great employees and was my go to for a long time. But recently the Esco Bars have been getting burned a couple days after purchasing. I used to be able to charge these three to four times before it tasted bad, but now they don’t last after one charge. Maybe it’s the cord I’m using, and it is not specifically HOV’s fault, but a partial refund or something would be nice for a $40 vape that lasts 2 days

The people here have been always nice and know their products. If you have a question about something, they are good at helping you. They also have a massive variety of products. I haven’t looked at everything because there is just too much to look at. Whatever you need is most likely here. This is a place that will be your favorite place to go to regularly. I stopped going to my other place because this is way better. They also have a rewards program and I find myself getting rewards frequently that I don’t know what to do with.

This has turned into my regular shop for anything vape related. Full transparency, it's not that they have the lowest prices in town, or any kind of crazy good deals. It's all the little things that I think make the difference here. They always have a great range of products, whatever the category you're looking for. Certain sales and the rewards program are great; I earn a free bottle of juice every couple months, which is always a welcome surprise. The staff are friendly, and if they don't know something, they'll find out for you. Not to mention, open every day with some of the latest hours around! Thanks HoV2 🤙🏼

This is my favorite Vape store. The staff know their stuff. I like how clean and organized everything is. The staff for the most part know where everything is. Because of the store being organized it makes it easier for the staff to find what customers want or to find something to show the customer they might want to try. The inventory is huge. They have pretty much anything you want. My problem is I live about 45 miles away from them so unless I am in that area is the only time I can get in there. My wish is that they get a store around Layton area.

I want to start this review by giving a BIG shout out to HOV2! All the employees and managers I’ve dealt/worked with are very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile for their customers. This shop is very well kept and tidy. They have a huge selection of high quality products, if you aren’t able to find what your looking for you might want to get your eyes checked. They offer some great deals on certain products, and often have lower prices compared to other local smoke shops. They do offer price matching, which understandably will require proof for lower pricing either locally or online. And last but not least the homie (blanking on his name) let me stay after they closed for a few minutes just to let me watch the end of the ufc maincard event that he had streaming. This is my go to shop for anything I need, I will go out of my way to take my business there, because it is well deserved.

My husband and I were in SLC for a Dr appt and stopped by to get ourselves some vapes in order to slow down on cigarettes. Keep in mind we know very little about vapes. I knew I wanted the mfeng snow wolf and my husband wanted something smaller. Hannah not only helped us get good vapes and all the extra things gs we needed to be set for a while, but she was very sweet to put our vapes together and show us step by step on filling and priming them! She was world class amazing! We will obviously be returning!

I love this place but recently I bought some disposable bang xxl vapes and half of them didn't work. The guy who answered said I couldn't return them. Very disappointed. Also all the staff I have interacted with have been very kind except one young man that is always there. He seems like he hates his job and is quite rude everytime I go in. I'm pretty sure he's the one who told me I couldn't return the disposables. I bought them on 08/01. I never get a receipt when I go. Besides the one employee and the disposables this is really the best vape shop in the state I have ever been too.

I love going here. I'm a nicotine only smoker, and they always have the atomizers I need, as well as a HUGE selection of juice. Their prices are quite comparable to other vape shops as well. Going to some smoke shops can be such a gamble... I hate trying new ones but when in need... I have found the spot. Seriously the best support staff I have ever encountered.
