Not happy with their customer service. They sold me the wrong kind of E-juice (menthol).. And wouldn’t exchange for the right flavor. This is pretty sad when you spend a couple of hundred dollars every month. I have been shopping there for years. Now to look for another smoke shop!!

They have a HUGE selection of e juice. So glad I stopped here randomly! I had a hard time finding all my fav juices lately,, brands that a lot of other shops told me were “discontinued” but house of hookah has ton of em. time bomb, cuttwood, air factory, and candy kings! And I didn’t even see everything. Def coming back here. The guy there was cool too. Super helpful and quick. I just wish they had a book/list of all the flavors or something

I stepped in with the intention of buying a battery for my current MOD but I fell in love with this Kitana. They helped me set this entire device up. This shop is by far the most friendly and communicative. There is never any pressure to be fast or to even make a purchase (unlike most others). I've wasted so much of their time asking questions just out of curiosity and will leave without buying but always feel appreciated! Today I bought the wrong item by mistake and he (should've got his name) was immediately responsive and helped me figure out what I needed then even exchanged my other item within seconds and with a smile! Never an attitude nor a need to preform, in sense the perfect head shop.

I have been a customer at this location for years now, and I have always enjoyed doing business with them. It is usually the same staff, so they recognize me and remember the products that I purchase, which makes the experience feel more personal. The prices are pretty typical of what you would see anywhere else and they have a great selection. I highly recommend House of Hookah especially the Midvale location! The only thing that I really wish they’d change are their hours of operation. It would be a really nice if they could stay open a bit later.

The people working there are so sweet! Everyone is always really kind and in depth with helping you to find or figure out exactly what you need. I was even questioned what wattage I burn my vape on so they could ensure I got the correct coil. That doesn't happen often at other shops. Great customer service all around!

They always have a great selection however. I only visit for convenience of location, but try to hit other shops if I'm able to.

My wife and I used to smoke cigarettes up until April 31, 2019. Then we switched to the Juul; we had tried a lot of other things, but always went back to Cigs because nothing felt quite right. Well! The Juul worked! But after months of using that, the pods for it are pretty expensive, so my wife and I decided to hit up this shop and see what our options were. Brandon helped us a ton! He answered all of our questions and got us set up with something similar to the Juul, but which we could refill for a better price. Plus, the nicotine is a bit lower which should help us get closer to our goal of not smoking at all. Anyways, thank you Brandon! You demonstrate excellent customer service and deserve a raise!
