Elite is the place to go! Ryan has hired the best customer service employees there is. I would also like to shout out Mac for being a superstar! There unfortunately was a financial transaction error after I left the store. I noticed it on my account a few days later and made a call to Elite. Without hesitation Mac told me to drive down and she would get it taken care of. She went above and beyond to make it right. I couldn't be more happy to be one of their customers. If I could give 6 stars I would based on customer service. Keep killing it guys. You guys are amazing!

So just live down the street so it was easy but now we live way across town and I am absolutely willing to drive every time not only is the selection above the rest. May was awesome. We went in and she was super super friendly. She helped us get great mods and a new set up that fit us perfectly helped us fit our new mods ceramic tips and tanks, and then took the time to set us up with our new juices. While we where there she valiantly turned away several under age kids who didn't have ID, however she was never rude about it. She had a kind positive attitude and helped everyone in a timely manner while helping us at the same time. Very impressed. We will be coming to this store from now on. Last time i was here it was much smaller but still a great shop. They have expanded a ton and are even better now. They had everything i needed and are super helpful. The store has a very cool vibe and you can tell the owner takes great pride in the shop and it really shows. Badassery at it's fine it's. I called the night before Thanksgiving to see if they had a mod that I'd purchased there before. Should I be there in 5 minutes. It took me 12 minutes to get there. They said that they were leaving in 5 minutes but they would wait. Door was locked lights were out but there were still people inside. They let just. I really appreciate you guys.

Elite came thru like a BOSS 4 me. They were the only shop that had the coils I needed in 40 mile radius! Andrew hooked it up. Drove out to them from Orem and glad I did. Once I got inside felt like I was back home in Cali! Great shop vibe and selection was on point! There must have been at least 4 other peeps that rolled thru and Andrew took care of us all without us feeling like damn c'mon. He was a champ when it came to customer service! One of the best I’ve ever gone to there people there help you out so much on what you want like they don’t just want you in and out fast they really nice people that work there that ask how you doing and try and get to know you in the time that your there on the vape side it’s they really brake it down for you when you get a new vape or if your new at vaping if you don’t know how to use it properly and if you have a problem with what ever you bought you can bring it back and have it looked at and they will help you out and see what the problem is. I get all my vaping stuff at elite smoke shops good juice selection and they have they shop juice for a good price of 15$ for a 60mil I’ve never had there juice disappoint me and Andy is a great salesmen if you talk to him when you go you’ll find your your time there great and just want to spend more money😂😂

Chris hooked it up in a time of need! I got jipped on trading my mod. I traveled all the way down to Murray from Ogden. Come to find out that the person I traded my mod with didn't tell me about the broken glass and that the atomizer was toast. I was in a scramble to find a vape shop that was open at that time of night and Elite was open and right next to the freeway. Chris fixed the problem, he put the RIGHT atomizer in, he put a new bubble glass on and filled my tank with juice! He told me all of that would be 5 bucks because he felt bad that I got jipped. And to top off my night. I forgot my wallet!! And all he said was, "Dont sweat it bro, I gotchu". I promised him that I would come back on Friday and pay him for his good deed. And sure enough I showed up Friday like I said and repayed him. I actually bought a new vape and 2 juices and he have me a discount on my purchases! They didn't just treat me like a normal customer. They treated me like VIP. BEST EXPERIENCE HANDS DOWN, I'VE EVER HAD AT ANY VAPE SHOP!
