The employees go out of their way to make every customer feel important . I was in the N. Prov location today. The tall employee with glasses and red neck gator (I forgot to get his name) but the guy called every store trying to get me what I needed, even tho it was a $5 item he went above and beyond. Very clean shop. Good location. Most staff is helpful and friendly. Awesome selection of pieces and other items. Mainly come here for the incredible incense sticks - hand dipped and absolutely heavenly. Reasonable prices, depending on what you're shopping for. Great place.

I wasn't sure if i'd beat the clock, luckily the store didn't close early, like some small businesses do. So there I am 5 minutes to close, and not only does the employee not rush me, but takes his time to show me options and pick out the best vape kit for my needs. He then proceeded to show me all the features and soak the wick for me. Very pleased with service and with the product. I will be going back!

They always have the best selection. Beautiful store inside. Glass shelving with lights helps the experience. The staff, no matter who it is, can always answer my questions. I am a medical marijuana card holder in RI. I get a discount just for that reason. Compassionate!

3 locations. The customer service at the Johnston and North Providence location are always good. The few times I went to the Lincoln location, the girl was not helpful and it seemed like I was bothering her. Decent selection. Decent prices. Location is good.

Nona's is a great shop! If you vape, it's a good place to purchase an array of Premium e-juice as well as the latest in pens & mods. The people that work there are accommodating, down to earth, and fun to talk to. Same goes for the Ali the owner! Great products great camaraderie and great customer service!

I mainly go here to purchase hookah coals and tobacco and everytime I go I bump into their employee named Jacob. The guy is very polite and speaks to you in a certain tone where it's like he's serving you at a 5 star restaurant. It's so funny that my husband actually brought it up. Anyway, Jacob really knows his stuff and will inform you about the products if he knows that the tobacco you are purchasing will have higher nicotine etc. This kid needs a raise.

I went in for the first time today. I'm an E-cig newbie looking to break away from smoking a pack or more a day, but that's all I really knew. I bought an Ego-T online and kinda stared at it and set it down. I knew that I needed oil, juice, liquid, whatever it's called, so I went down to Nona's with my new Ego-T kit. The girl working there was super-ultra helpful and went through all the steps with me, helped me pick out a flavor and strength, and everything. Great experience. She was pretty cute, too. :P

On the 420 smokers holiday I decided to stop into this store and pick up smoking as a hobby cause a buddy of mine recommended it and I find it hard to say no to this guy cause he's got a lot of charm. I always smoked cigarettes but I was looking to get into a bit of the funky stuff if you know what I mean. They have lots of options there but they don't actually sell any "product", which I figured they did cause they have a green sign. I bought a pipe and a snickers bar cause I felt bad and then I was on my way to try and find a reason to justify my purchase if you get what I mean (I was gonna try to buy some pot) and then I found out from my buddy that you can actually get a card and smoke legally if you pay a fee to the state. Figures the damn government has a way to get their greasy fingers into our pockets yet again, but one doctor visit and a few months later I have a card of my own and pick up some of that wacky tobacco. In the time it took me to get my card I lost my bowl and when I found it I broke it. I went to nonas to get another one but I lost that one too and now I don't think it's worth it to get another one so I'll probably just take up drinking again. Store is clean and parking is good.

Went in to get a hookah and the employee that was working was very helpful and friendly. I have to say all the other smoke shop I went too this is by far the best and the cleanest! Definitely will be coming here a lot more.

It's a cool place if you are in the market for a pipe or bong. We were there for cigars...the selection is limited, but hubby did find a few he enjoyed.
