Great shop! Beautiful, comfortable decor and a fantastic selection of juice. The owner helped me pick out the right coils for my mod when another shop (not his) gave me wrong coils that could have made me really sick with the amount of nicotine I was ingesting. There's a Division Vapor closer to where I live in Milwaukie, but this experience makes me want to drive a little farther just for the positive vibes.

Great place- just wish it was closer in!! But friendly/knowledgeable staff (esp. the owner!) with a decent selection of juice flavors, and a couple device kits to choose from. When I was using a SMOK Nord 2 they didn’t have any SMOK products, but I was able to get those needs met elsewhere so it kept me coming back for my juice needs.

I can’t speak highly enough about Division Vapor and the staff. The people who work here are incredibly kind and helpful. Any question I’ve ever had has been answered without judgement and I’ve never been let down by a single suggestion. The juice selection is great, but not so abundant that it becomes overwhelming. They’ve also got a lot of nice mods and coils and have always been cool with me calling ahead to confirm inventory. Prices are good and the stamp card is a sweet bonus. Whether you’re new to vaping or experienced, you’ll be grateful you stopped here.

Spent about 90 minutes in there yesterday getting set up with my first box vaporizer and rebuildable dripping setup. Staff was really laid back and knowledgeable. Even to the point of steering me from gimmicky hardware and finding a good reliable value for what I wanted. Additionally the flavor selection was very good, with a wide range of companies and mixes as well as a nifty tablet setup for selecting flavors. Finally, it seems like there's a really good company culture of doing right by folks rather than strictly working their bottom line (hello sustainable business practices💪💪). Thanks y'all!

I went in the other day needing a battery kit and the guy working the counter was super helpful and got me taken care of without trying to upsell me stuff he knew I didn't need. I appreciate that kind of service. This was my first time in the shop and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have samples of their different juices so you can try before you buy. How cool is that? I will definitely be back when I run out of my current supply.

The staff there is great. Their selection is fabulous. Their prices are really good. You can try juices before you buy them so you can find out what you like and what you don't, with 0 nicotine juice for the samples - because sometimes something sounds good and smells good, but doesn't have a taste you want to consume as often as a lot of people vape/smoke. I cannot recommend this place enough if you or someone you know vapes, or are considering switching to vaping and want professions to talk to/help you through figuring out what you want/need.

When my first vape broke (that I bought online, not at this shop) I went in here to get a replacement and they gave me a discount just because they felt bad that I had a bad first experience. Very helpful and friendly. I had told them that I wasn't buying anything that day, but needed a lot of questions answered so that I could decide what I would eventually want. Anthony patiently spent 40 mins answering all my questions without my feeling like he was trying to sell me anything. That customer service is very rare in this day. Would recommend to everyone!

Bad. Ass. Shop!!!!! The shop was clean, professional looking, and the staff were all above and beyond helpful. I went in looking to switch from cigarettes (2 packs a day) to a vaporizer rig and I was not disappointed. Matt walked me through a ton of different flavors and rigs. I felt no pressure to purchase and the employees made sure I found a flavor I liked, no bad feelings about being super picky and spending almost an hour sampling different flavors. I didn't walk away that day with a vaporizer, just because I was so skeptical of making the investment and not using what I purchased, but I lit up a cigarette after driving away from their shop and knew I should have pulled the trigger on a rig. I went back the next day and changed that. So far it's been 3 days without a cigarette. Not very long, but I did try a smoke a day after making the switch (I was curious) and immediately regretted it. Great great great shop.

I was in Portland on a business trip with my wife and while she was working, I visited several local vape shops. This was by far the cleanest and nicest overall and impressed this veteran vaper. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I spoke most in depth with Anthony (I'm terrible with names and hope I'm correct), and hit it off, pun intended. With him I sampled several house juices and he sampled one of my DIY. He was so knowledgeable, he knew the flavoring manufacturer and basic recipe. Thoroughly impressed! If you need a new device or liquid, this is the place...harkens the best shops I've visited nationwide.

I've been going here ever since they were actually ON Division for my first Kangertech evod tank and istick 10w way back in the day and I've never had a good reason to go anywhere else. Great knowledgeable service, friendly staff, reasonably priced products. I have visited 6 local vape shops looking for products and someone who knows what they are talking about. Out of 6 locations, I found that most staff know very little about the products they sell, are high priced and are more interested in making a sale rather than making sure you getting what you need. Division vape, was a breath of fresh air, friendly professional staff, they were interested in what I was looking for, although they offer a limited range of vape mods, the sell quality product and understand what they are selling. I have shopped Division vape twice now and have had the same experience each time. A little bit of a drive for me, but this is my go to vape shop.

This is one of the very few companies that's doing it right. In my experience, most of the vape shops I have visited are pretty much a combination of shady / unknowledgeable staff, the place looks like it's about to go out of business and has been open for years, subpar selection, etc... I can keep going on, but I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. Division Vapor is the exact opposite. Everyone working there knows their stuff, the selection has gotta be one of the best, and I feel like I'm walking into a legitimate store, not some warehouse space with 2 dingbat Cloud-Brahs playing Foozball in the back corner that know jack S$#% about what they're carrying. Not only that, but their line of juice, OR33, is top notch. I should also mention that I am NOT affiliated with them in any way. They just do a fantastic job in such a sub-par market. The biggest thing for me is that they send you home with the right stuff. I can't tell you how many times I went to other stores when I started vaping and was given wrong parts, atomizers, glass, etc... It's a PITA to have to go back and forth for that kind of stuff. Not the case here. Highly recommended

Hi there, I just wanted to let everyone know how super the customer service at Division Vapor is :) I've been cigarette free for nine days and bought my Istick 20 there. But to my dismay this morning when I went to charge it the USB port jarred loose and my unit got stuck at 5 watts and would not operate properly!!! :( So I stopped in and explained my situation to Paul and Ben and they happily upgraded me to an I stick 30!!!! YEY!!! I am very happy with the quality of professionalism in this store and its employees. I've got to say, if you're looking for a brick and mortar store that will treat you right its Division Vapor. On another note I must also comment on the awesome taste bar they offer. They use good quality Kanger EVOD Glass cartomizers for their tasting samples not the cheap old C4s a lot of shops carry. This helps establish a true sense of the wonderful variety of complex tastes they carry. They also use sanitized glass tips which are better for the environment than those silicone covers at other shops. Alice in Vapeland juices are absolutely delicious! Thank you Division Vapor for helping me kick a nasty habit and introducing me to my new healthy hobby and helping me in my need. VAPE ON!!!
