I frequent this shop rather often and always have a great experience, but in particular I enjoy going in on the evenings and being helped by the young woman with glasses. She always greets me with a big smile and goes above and beyond in her customer service skills! Customer service can truly make or break a shop like this, and frankly this young lady makes it!

I love the smoke shop & the staff here. The staff is well educated in everything they sell & they're always willing to help. They are really friendly & they are very affordable. They definitely have the best deals in town and on tons of different stuff. They have everything in this shop- smokes, vape stuff & juice, ton of stuff for you medical marijuana needs, cbd, rolling papers, wraps, lighters, bowls, bongs, anything & everything. Amy & the other young lady that work there are a amazing addition to the place. They both are very friendly, kind, educated on what they are saying, and pretty funny- they definitely add to the experience of the place.

The owner goes all out to welcome customers and makes you feel welcome. You can learn all about cigars and tobacco here and check out the walk in humidor too. The prices are good and check out the assortment of pipes and related Paraphanelia while you're there.

Biddeford Smoke Shop has a large selection of tobacco products as well as ecigarettes at very reasonable prices. They also carry soft drinks and some beer. Parking can be a challenge since it is located downtown on Main Street and they only have three or four spaces in the small parking area beside the store. Normally the service is quick and the employees pleasant.

I have been visiting Biddeford smoke shop for my smoking supplies for shambles ears. Over the past few months I have stopped smoking cigarettes and resorting to vaping. I have bought a few vaping supplies there and a new device and many bottles of juice. They usually have a couple of baskets with numerous bottles of vape juice marked down considerably, and I stop there once or twice a week and pick up a bottle or two. They are usually pretty helpful there and I shall continue to shop there and recommend their services and products to friends of mine.
