I really enjoy this shop, they have LITERALLY everything you could need or want, at least from all of my experiences shopping there. The staff is pretty helpful for the most part, a couple employees are a bit more distant and not as engaging or social. Which isn’t always a bad thing but overall the staff is good. The only thing that I would have to say I don’t really agree with is some of the prices they have for certain products. As always with name brand the price will be high, but at the end of it all I will pick quality and higher price over pretty much every other shop in the area because at Zeronas it’s the only way to go. Highly recommend to anyone!! 4/5 Stars!

The best. Nicest vap shop I have ever visited. Flew to PHX with my grandson in his 21st birthday so he wanted to check out the cap shop. He's from the woods in western Massachusetts so he's never seen anything like it. And neither have I. Great experience. He also left his ID on the counter. Went back the next day. If you're buying name brand smokes then its cheaper by .50 - .80 cents... Off brand its around 9.00 regardless. Good prices on cool lighters/torches, pipes ect. Spray paint selection isn't as big as it used to be but if u write and want different tips or huge streakers they got u. Vape shop is separate, decent in house flavors/prices. Salt selection is big. Vape selection is huge/pricey and current. Open super early!

With everything from vape gear to graffiti supplies with an excellent selection of glass to tie it all in you really have a "feel like your family one stop shop. The knowledgeable and friendly staff will guide and assist you every step of the way so that you're not confused or feeling awkward. I have never been approached by anyone here without a smile. The price match is a real thing but almost funny seeing as they have the best quality at the most affordable price which is important to me being a single parent. So don't wait..... go getcha self something nice. Zerona is the only choice for smoke, vape and my main reason graffiti and art supplies. Make the switch for yourself and you'll wonder why you didn't sooner. Love you guys!

This shop is great, they have a huge selection of stuff and it’s very clean and organized! But most importantly the customer service is the best I have ever experienced. This was my first time in here and Anahi made me feel extremely welcomed! I would give her 10 stars if I could because she honestly went above and beyond for me and her level of patience just made the whole experience that much greater! I didn’t know exactly what I wanted so it was super helpful how knowledgeable she was and quick to find details on everything. I am serious when I say, I truly haven’t received better customer service at any shop I’ve been in, and I’ve been in A LOT! Thank you Anahi! They are very very very reasonable and if you are off by a few cents or so they are very very very generous and so kind to help you and or any customers they get. This place is 100% my absolute favorite place and smoke shop and vape shop and to go to to get spraypaints of Montana and all the other brands they have and also including the black books they got they are so awesome and amazing and very very durable and for my concerns there really isn't any bad ones on the black books. And the art pens pencils and art paint markers are very very very reasonable and they last long and they are awesome. I've bought so much things here it's insane but I'm a good way of course. If I can rate you guys as a 100/100 it would be definitely no doubt about it a 100 duh. Lol. Anyways this is the best place on earth. Got a new Uwell Caliburn 2. I wanted a pod system specifically for traveling around with me as I've had too many mods leak in my purse. The Vape shop is neat and has a decent selection of juices and definitely an above average variety of ecigs/mods. Very cool detail, there's an attached smoke shop with a GREAT glass selection. Staff was helpful, greeted me right away but Didn't hover either. Between both stores there were about 4 employees so not at all short staffed. I was helped by a girl who recommended the Caliburn after I said I wanted great taste and something portable. She read my mind! I Got exactly what I was looking for And & it even comes with a lanyard which, for those like me who have the tendency of losing things is an obvious bonus.

The vape shop had a wide variety of juices and mods, but unfortunately the guy behind the counter had no knowledge of flavor profiles or of their pricing structure. The smoke shop on the other hand had just about everything you could ask for. Didn't stay long but from what I saw the staff seemed friendly and quite knowledgeable about their product.

Now I am not a person that goes to smoke shop frequently but my husband has taken me to this particular one. I have gone by other ones and they look really small inside but Zeronas is huge and a very large selection of everything. Its awesome and even the prices don't make you want to turn around and walk out. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Even if you don't live close its worth taking the drive there to check it out for the first time you most likely will take a second trip back etc. Promise you won't be disappointed 💯

They have one of the best selections of vape juice and the best prices. You can also have them mix you your choice in flavors and nic strength any from 0 to I think 26. and since they have something like 178+ flavors to choose from that can be pretty cool 😝😎 trying to come up with awesome new flavor mixes.😝 They also have many mil bottle sizes and the price can't be beat. We go to Zerona's frequently. They are great to work with. It is clean, well lit, and really organized. They have a ton of products. The staff are really knowledgeable with the products that they sell. If they don't know the answer, they will try to get it for you. They can help talk you through, if you need it, particular products and purchases. While they do have some higher ticket items, mostly their prices are reasonable. They may run a touch higher, but if that means the better service, then I believe it's worth it. They have made some improvements to the store in the last 6 months, so it is improving all the time. The parking lot of the shopping center that it sits in could be better lit at night.They also repaved their section of the parking lot recently. So it's much nicer to drive through. Overall I like Zerona's a lot. 😃👍

If you like going to smoke shops this one is one of the first Top of the Line smokeshops in this area. They been around for a.while now and always upgrading their their building and products. The selection they have is awsome always got new cool things and adjacent to the smokeshop is a vape shop with all the latest vape gadjetery you'll ever need. And the smokeshop as well you dont have to go anywhere else Zarona had it all and the prices are very affordable. If you smoke and like smoke shops and this is the place to go! Loved it, I've been to other smoke shops in the area that are rated 4-5 stars online but this one by far beats the others. The guys there are really down to earth people, very respectful. This place is the best!! Just recently moved here from California, this is the first place I stopped by just because the other reviews are good. They're totally legit. I was in there for about an hour just talking with the staff and they showed me whatever I wanted, never felt rushed or like I was sold to. Just a super chill great time! As we were walking out we happened to see a sign that said discounts for ASU students, that we had missed before! Since we'd already paid we didn't feel like we really needed to apply the discount anyways (they already have super good prices!) Not only did they make it right, but they threw in a couple of free things as well! It was fantastic. I recommend this place as the only head shop you gotta go to if you're anywhere around Phoenix! Hell, maybe anywhere in Arizona. Would give it more than five stars if I could.

Service is great. Selection is absolutely massive. If they don't have what you need in their first store they have a vape shop just a door away. I marked it down a star because they chose a credit card company that forces them to charge you 40 cents more for anything on debit and credit not including taxes. So previously to coming to zeronas' I had gone to 3 different smokeshops for a bong and found nothing that fit what I wanted and within my price range. I was greeted with smiling faces, I waited around for about 15 minutes, waiting for my boyfriend to show. During that time I had a really young looking dude just kinda explain the perks to the many different pieces that caught my eye.... Gave me the best customer service I have experienced at really any store ex. clothing, makeup, clothes . I walked out easily spending like $330 because the guy had just given me so many options. I left a happy camper! Came home after a festival loaded both my pieces with water and one had a crack on one of the sides! I called the shop and they told me to bring it right in whenever since I lived in Tempe... SUPER ACCOMMODATING and very UNDERSTANDING.... Most shops would've been like sorry you bought a broken piece but we can't prove it wasn't you. That wasn't the case, I came in and they checked out the piece and let me pick out a whole other piece, gave me the option to keep the broken piece but I just wanted a working one. Paid the difference on this other piece the same guy helped me out as the day before and Just had to write about how this is literally the best smoke shop ever hands down! I will definitely recommend this to everyone I know ! Thanks so much guys!

Just moved to Phoenix in November, far from my regular smoke shop and I haven't been back to the old shop since than. There is ONLY 1 employee that is either simply unhappy or a worrier like me. The other ones are very attentive. I never have to wait more than a few seconds before someone acknowledges me. I love "The Badass" gal who works there. She is super friendly and very helpful. Best "house" Kratom I've ever had so far. It would be great to know which vendor they purchase it from so I can try other strains. I've thought about purchasing online but this shop is cheaper even than most online vendors and my Kratom experience starts here at this shop as they make me feel human and my pain tends to go away as soon as I walk through the door. Note to owner: don't change a thing!

When they added the vape stuff to the store the staff guided me through all the mods, juices, and recommended a couple of products to me which has kept me mostly off cigs for two years now. Really like the shop and product available overall a good shop my only problem with them is that they do not allow carrying guns inside but only by customers. The employees have guns and when asked why I’m not allowed to carry my gun I was told “I guess we don’t want any competition” I get the thought behind it but all that was done by posting that sign was you took a gun from a good guy that would protect you in the case of someone coming in to harm people because criminals don’t care about your little sign. I've been going here to get my vape juice for over a year. Every single time I walk in the door I'm greeted by someone. I ended up buying a vape set up that wasn't working properly and they upgraded me at a huge discount and threw in some free juice and coils. They have a frequent shopper deal, buy 5 bottles of juice get one free. I do wish we'd get the same size bottle as we're buying. I buy the 30ml but only got a free 15ml. Regardless that's the only negative thing I have to say. It's by far the best in all of Phoenix. We're moving to the east valley next year and I'll drive 40 minutes just to come get my stuff here. You won't be disappointed

Best selection for any sort of glass or smoking accessories as well as the best prices I have seen anywhere in the valley plus the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! The only bad thing I can think of is that the fact that it's such a far drive from where I live now but it is definitely still worth the drive to be quite honest!

Wow!! This place is awesome! We typically don't frequent smoke shops, and as such, I personally find them intimidating. I have been attempting to find alternatives to prescription pain relievers, however, and we ended up stumbling into Zerona's. We had recently been to another shop in Avondale and was rushed out with virtually no answers and unhappy with the purchase. I read a couple reviews, and I decided to try Zerona Smoke Shop. We are so glad we did!! This place is bright, clean, and welcoming. The three employees (2 guys and a girl) were knowledgeable and friendly. They answered our questions. They shared experiences about each product. They TOOK THEIR TIME. Seriously, so patient!! I highly recommend Zerona Smoke Shop. We will definitely be back, even if we have to make the trek from Goodyear!!
