They are awesome to deal with for all your vape needs. 5 stars all the way.

This place is awesome staff are super helpful and friendly . They are normally always stocked up but even if they don't have what you are looking for they make awesome recommendations based on your taste and preferences. Every staff member I have interacted with has been very knowledgeable and usings amazing active listening skills to determine the best fit for each customer. Normally they only have one person working at a time so even if there is a wait for assistance it's worth it.

Been going here since they opened this location so so long ago. It must have been at least 5 years already. Even before this location opened I went to the original red star vapor in Mesa. Iv gone threw countless mods when I ultimately break or lose mine on accident and I always chose to go here to replace them here over anyone, and is the only store il go to for juice I can trust and like. Over all the years the staff have alwayes been patient, knolidgeable and personable. They get to know you, which is pretty rare these days. I stear anyone interested in vaping here, because I know they will be treated right, over some very shady not so good shops elsewhere. This may seem long and drawn out/fanboy, but it's bout time time I said something. It's also really awesome when you can buy something and know the money is going to a good source and supporting a good local business. A+ all around. 🤙

The staff at this vape shop are incredibly kind and extremely knowledgeable!! I recently started vaping and they helped me pick out the right vape for my budget and know all there is about the juices!! My favorite person who works there is definitely Ari! She has helped me understand my vape, the different coils that will fit it and has been very friendly and patient with me. She took the time to school me further about my vape and understand it more that google could. This lady is a great multitasker as i continue to witness. I literally waited a whole week with a messed up coil just to go see them at the Red Star!! Without a single doubt i wouldn't go to any other vape shop. I absolutely love this place! Went in 7th st location and dealt with Rob. I bought a bottle a few days ago and cap popped off and most of the bottle spilled. Rob went above and beyond the call of duty and gave me a free bottle due to my inconvenience. I love this place. Been to many locations throughout the valley and they r all great.

I though it was only five months but based off my first review it’s been 7!!!! 7 Months cigarette free. I owe it all to these guys. This is by far one of the best staffs I’ve ever encountered. The customer service is on point each and every time. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. You will not be disappointed. The staff there is unbelievably great. Great selection and even better prices. They don’t steer you in the wrong direction just to make a sale, they are honest. I cannot say enough about this entire organization. This is my go to shop. Decent prices, especially for juice. I usually pop in late at night and Hillary or Zack are always happy to recommend products and talk about vaping. The day crew is awesome too but there is so many of them I can't remember all of their names. They all deserve a shout out too. I highly recommend this location.

I found this store a couple months ago when I moved to the area and they are all amazing! I have to give a MAJOR kudos to Brandon! I came in needing a glass piece as mine cracked. He took it from me right away and cleaned the entire thing. Once we got it cleaned he realized that they didn’t have the glass to fit mine. He was so patient he literally went into the back and tried every piece to ensure they didn’t have it. He not only did that but he apologized as he knew I didn’t want to buy another one. He offered to call other stores and do whatever to make me happy! He ended up selling me on another piece that I love even more. He is wonderful with customer service and the reason I come back! I hope his boss reads this and knows what an awesome employee he has!!! Great job, Brandon!

I live in the neighborhood behind the store and I sometimes bring my work in with me which they’re always really understanding about! (I rehabilitate/train foster dogs and have them on weird leashes or sometimes muzzles if they like to eat things off the ground hahaha) They always focus on me and my needs and make my job easier getting me in and out so we end up have great social experiences! I’ve seen a few of my favorite employees come and go over the recent garbage in the news and watched the pandemic affect their hours, but they’ve maintained the best and latest hours of any vape store with everything I need for my personal pods. Even if I couldn’t walk there I’d still go, because of how many positive experiences I’ve had over any monotonous, which is what I’d say if anything no business or human is perfect; I’ve never had a bad experience just boring ones lol but there’s nothing wrong with that!

VISIT The Joint Vape Shop (7th St & Virginia) for much better prices on vape juice. 5/2022: These guys are absolutely premier when it comes to vape mods and hardware, but their juice prices are truly sky high. MRKT PLCE, Red's, Juice Head, etc. $10 - $15 less at The Joint Vape Shop. And no I'm not getting paid by either for this review. I'm truly a loyal customer to both establishments. Just want to help others save a buck. 3 YRS AGO: As with most smoke shops this place is pretty chill. I've purchased cartridges for my Suorin Vagon. But they seemed to be out of stock when I was here. However, they did offer to give me a call when they come back in stock. So five stars for service. These guys are consistently friendly.

This location is really nice, much larger than my usual red star location. Huge selection and super friendly and helpful staff, plus they have a nice lounge area where they let me kick it & rebuild my RBA so I didn't have to drive all the way home or do it in the parking lot lookin' like some kinda vagrant weirdo. Apparently this one is open 24hrs too, can't beat that!

I absolutely love this vape shop! Today I stopped in to get a new glass piece since mine had shattered. After Cory replaced that, Zach rang me up for that and my favorite juice (Maidens Milk-- which you've gotta try btw cuz it's bomb af), Cory mentioned something on my way out about the bottom of my tank that reminded me I hadn't been able to change the coil out when I had tried to do so last weekend. I asked her if she could change it since she had pliers handy, and she did, and on my way out the door I promptly burned out the coil on accident. Since Cory and Zach saw me do it, they replaced the coil for FREE!!! And were incredibly cool about the whole thing. They're all very good people at Red Star. Every time I go in, I'm treated with respect and kindness and I genuinely love this place and the people who work here. I could not recommend this place enough. Thank y'all! Was there for the first time yesterday and I'm kicking myself for never having been in before. From the three super friendly, very helpful people behind the counter to the quality, flavor and unique way the juice that I bought comes (flavors in small bottles and you add to the base), I would definitely, highly recommend Red Star. For starters the customer service was the greatest, katie was the associate that helped me and she was great. I came in to get a new mod/battery and she was so helpful. She let me try several until i found what i needed, she was extremely honest about the products, and was just cool as can be. And the amount of products they have is mind blowing! So many tanks, coils, batteries, coils, and everything else for your vaping needs. And the amount of different flavors of juice is insane, i mean wow! There prices cant be beat either, out of all the shops i have been to this one blows all the others away by a landslide. Honestly you wont be treated better anywhere else or find better deals. My friend could not find batterys for a lasar flashlight from China. Somebody assured us Walmart electronics had batteries for everything. I remembered a vape that had batteries that recharged out of the vape or by pluging in the vape to a micro usb. I called Red Star Vape with a model number from directions from the box. They had the batteries not Walmart who's electronics department "carries no batterys" they told me when I walked to their department.Walmart could have saved me a trip but their phone message was "too busy helping customers to answer a phone" and I went there for nothing. Red Star had them and even a charger for them. I give this vape shop five and one half stars ☆☆☆☆☆1/2 Now that a few weeks have gone by I was given a vape and Red Star showed me how to operate this. This visit will certainly show the service you can expect. I got a vape from a friend but had a problem operating it. Turned out the store didn't even carry ts brand at the store but they helped me operate it. Now I know the difference really is the two responces I get as I go into different stores. They could have said: "sorry we did not sell that we don't carry that brand take it to where they sell these and know about thrm. OR "I can look it up in a publication that explains vaps we don't carry and see how to help you" His name is Rob and always a big help! He looked it up and now I can operate it easily. I tryed for over an hour without a single vaper. So went to Red Star. Thanks guys good looking out!
