I love this boutique they have everything you can imagine that you would need out of a smoke shop the only reason I gave it 4 stars is they are a little pricey but it was worth it and if you go to the smoke shop next door and show you receipt you get a pretty good discount. I was extremely happy with my purchase and it worked exactly how and what I needed it to work for with good customer service I would have gave 4.5 out of 5. I have been going here for 10 plus years this store has been open since I was in hig high school like I said 10 plus years ago. The employee was informative and knew what I wanted and all the details I needed to know and how to get a cheaper price. So thank you carrying the product I needed and they are the only store in town that Carrie's certain items. I highly recommend checking this smoke shop out and I want to say thank you to the young man who helped me with my purchase he was great! I will be coming back soon!

Coolest smoke shop I've been to as far as pipes go. Its not often I find a pipe in my favorite color but BEHOLD!! I picked up this periwinkle bad boy just a few days ago and was blown away at the variety of pipes and bongs they had. Staff was absolutely amazing and had a much appreciated sense of humor. Majority of the pipes are made right here in AZ, too- would definitely recommend 👌

This is by far the best glass shop in town. They hold events for days like 4/20. The crew working at either location are always so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. You can tell they get along with each other and their customer base which is nice to see because the world is better with friends. Their products are 99.9% handmade by artists in this state and surrounding states. All excellent quality and incredible looking pieces. They even carry novelties for those like me who buy into that stuff. If you're new to town, just startint out, or want quality products and service I recommend coming here. The owner is a stand up guy!

The shop has been here since before. I was a teenager and though that doesn't say much about its age, I can tell you that since I still go there, it must be a cool head shop. It has been a destination tobacco store for shirts, posters, gifts, tobacco products, etc. That happens to be next to a good Korean barbecue place.

Been shopping here for 24 years and it's been the best alternative shop to buy smoking prices and accessories, and even surpassed trails for items they sell they're always up on the latest glass trend and get the best price from top dealers added bonus they have a VIP card holder discount and never forget to give you the most awesome paraphernalia for the least amount of money. Went to two locations for a specific item. The wonderful young lady at the Dunlap store did not have the item, but she offered to call the other store and see if they did. Do, she did. They did. Clear driving directions were given. When we arrived at the Bell Road location, the friendly fellow knew why we were there and pointed us to his available product. In and out with a big smile in less than five minutes. A truly professional customer service experience all around. Will definitely shop there again!

Today was the second time we have came in to check stuff out and shop. The first time there was a girl and a guy working, both very cool laid back people and we ended up spending around $300. Today when we came in, we dealt with a guy wearing a tie die shirt and glasses, and he was not a very nice guy. Made us feel like we were bothering him with our questions and wanting to check out high dollar pieces. We came in to spend money and take home some new stuff.... he made us decide to try again a different day or maybe check out a different smoke shop and spend money there instead. And we did. Found an awesome water bong, spent $500 for it. We collect high dollar glass pieces.... we will come in again when we are ready to add to the collection again... hope to not run into the same guy...

This place is totally awesome. You walk in and they offer you water. Never been anywhere that does that. I was looking for a alternative to glass cause I keep dropping mine after a session. They didn't immediately take the opportunity to show me expensive merchandise but went straight to the what I needed that was cost effective. Then when I asked about butane not only did the gentleman fill my lighter but made sure it was working. And when it wasn't and he did try to fix it. He gave me a new lighter for free. This place is actually really cool, knowing that most of the pieces are from Arizona glass blowers or artists also knowing that it's thee or one of the first smoke shops in Phoenix really let's you know about the history of the decor. And both pieces I've bought from there work pretty well. You have the option of signing up for a membership and it's as easy as literally just giving them your email and then giving you a card and boom, 15 percent off (you can stack discounts like military, med card, and/or student ID too). So I really like it, they also have some good smelling incense

I visited this store because I saw they had kratom. The employees were extremely helpful and very friendly. The kratom here is honestly the best quality kratom I've ever tried. I have lower back and neck pain, and the Bali Red kratom I purchased has been effective for pain relief. They also had a spin-the-wheel game that day and I got 30% off! They also have veteran and military discounts, which is amazing. The store is clean and fairly big, with a large selection of things you would expect to find at a store like this. I don't typically visit these types of stores but from what I could tell, they have a good variety of products.

I was having a pleasant experience at first. Great welcome from the staff. Bottled water. Answered questions. But then when they showed me the rig I had ended up purchasing, (a $200 glass piece, which looked to be in perfect condition) this is where I believe things seemed to slightly fall down hill. 1.) The torch that the guy offered to sell us was low and under powered in the demonstration and was not all hyped up to be what he said it was at first. 2.) the glass piece I purchased actually came with a crack in one of the lower glass bends. As soon as I got home that evening I opened up my heavily bubble wrapped glassware to see a crack. I immediately took a picture and was disappointed. (I know the crack could not of been caused by me at all since it was wrapped extremely well and placed in a bag in a still position for the car ride home. My glass piece I purchased had to of been cracked from the shelf! I'm not sure if the staff was just unaware of this on the glass piece that they personally grabbed out of the case and offered me, because like I said they were friendly and helpful; or if this was an intentional situation. Whatever the case is it really sucks and personally I am not satisfied. The guy who was assisting me did throw in a can of free butane and gave me a slight discount on the torch that was a tad more expensive to try and fix the first issue. Which I was extremely pleased with what he did here. But not sure if it was just a tactic that was done upon me.. I guess I'll have to start looking more closely upon the construction of the glassware. * I am just now seeing your reply Chris. I have posted the photos that I immediately took arriving home of the glass that was purchased from you guys. Like mentioned before the crack was located on the inside of one of the glass bends. When tested, Water would slightly drip out from the crack when poured into the water pipe. (Which explains the damp Paper towel in the second photo underneath) I understand things happen and that the piece may have been missed. I would call but I do not have minutes, and I work overnights 12AM to 2PM. I feel I am always on a backwards schedule than everyone else lol. I have no problems removing my review or updating it if the situation is fixed. I just would love to enjoy a piece for the money that was spent on it is all. *situation was handled very maturely and fixed with great respect!! Definitely 5 stars all the way!! Best shop I've ever been too. I personally travel 40 mins now just to come to this store!!

Let me just start with Chris, the owner, is amazeballs. I was in search of the DaVinci Iq and called his shop. He knew the products I was asking about and we had a great conversation about vapes. He then relays that they are out but will order me one.
