I really liked the two flavors of 0mg nicotine juices i bought. The two girls who helped me were very helpful, hands on, patient and kind to me. I took away a star for 2 main reasons. First, there was no mix bar. I couldn't get the flavors i initially came for because there was no mixing bar which I was very excited for. The man (who seemed to be a manager) said it would be there in a few weeks, but that was the main reason I went there. Second, the manager was EXTREMELY rude to his employees which was very off-putting. The one girl at the register who had helped me the whole time was about to say something to me, and he cut her off immediately, saying "I'm talking" (even though he wasn't). I cared more about what she was going to say, because he was extremely pushy and persistent, yet she was the one who helped the whole time. Him being there really brought down the positive atmosphere that I initially felt from the two other employees. He was also very pushy about me giving him my phone number for the rewards, which I reluctantly did because he was up my butt about it. Lots of respect for the two girl employees though, if I knew their names I'd put them in my review but sadly I don't. If it was only the manager there, I'd probably give the place 2 or 3 stars, and I don't think I would go back if that was the case either.

Always friendly and helpful, when you have an idea of what you need, you’re typically in and out (with more than you expected) ;). Large selection of options and juices/salts. My go-to in Philly. If they don’t have what you need, explore other options including Vapordelphia, 4 blocks down the street. Both are excellent.

This store has been a great experience. My first time purchasing a vapor and the experience has been exceptional. When I first purchased my vapor it was giving me some issues and two of the young ladies that work there were great in assisting me with my problems. But, I must give Alex lots of credit for helping me with my concerns. Third time was a charm. She was so awesome and patient with me. Her professional attitude and concern to help customers is spot on. Though this store has a strict policy with returns, their exchange policy is great. No hassles, no problems and she made sure I remembered the steps on how to set it up and use it. So before you go into this store and get upset that your vapor isn't working right. Let them know of your concerns and issues. Trust me, they will help to make the situation better and make sure you leave a satisfied customer.

Sunny has literally been the reason behind me quitting cigarettes! He guided me on the proper mg of nicotine I needed based on how much I smoked. I went from cigarettes to none and only vaping. He even helped my boyfriend go from 2 packs a day to none. We are cigarette free! He even helped us clean our vapes when it wasn’t working properly! They have pretty much everything you could need, but they're definitely price gouging since they're essentially the only vape store in Philadelphia that sells juice and coils. a 60ml bottle of juice should not be near $30

Went by and the design caught my eye. I was looking to quit smoking and the lady gave me a vast amount of knowledge on every product and oriented it towards my smoking habit, taste and strength. Get service with rewards, if you buy a good piece you will get $20 off any next purchase. Ill be back

Ejuices are quality n they can even mix it for you. Unfortunately, the juice that I purchased when I got home I really didn't like cuz it was too flavorful... I got the smooth chocolate and it tastes like dark chocolate and it was so thick and so chocolatey I can't tolerate vaping it but don't let that stop you! sometimes we pick the wrong Ejuice but I know next time but I would definitely go back and I got the sweetener and the enhancer and I'm very happy with these two things once again not so much with the Ejuice I purchased but oh well sometimes it happens like that🙃

This is the closest vape shop to me so I do always go here to get my juices and pods and what not but the owner (I think) is so so pushy about upselling you if you’re not spending more than $10. Pretty much every time I go in there to just get filters he tries to convince me to grab a juice or buy a whole new device. And he doesn’t stop until your 6th or 7th blatant “No”. However, the other employees are always helpful and have been able to answer all my questions and they do have a great selection and reasonable prices.

I was greeted by a beautiful smiling vape tender named Alice and ended up making a purchase for a fraction of what I thought I'd pay. The store is very modern and the atmosphere is phenomenal. It's not dark and smokey like most vape shops, this is more like a brighter and welcoming vape store. The staff are friendly and they will help those who either know or don't know anything about vaping. The variety of juices and devices sold here are top notch. I traveled from Upper Pennsylvania to find this shop and it was absolutely worth it. Give it a shot and I promise you, you won't be sorry.

OK... The employees are very nice although, one did sell me the wrong atomizers once (which, after a long bus ride back to the store, they happily correct). The problem with VaporFi is that they are way too expensive. For the most part they don't make their own hardware (tanks, etc...), they repackage other companies products with their own branding. The mark-up is considerable. If you are thinking about starting to vape / quit smoking, they may be a good starting point, otherwise, I would steer clear. Good luck! -Eric 🙋

Best vape store in town. Sleek. Great staff and products. If you need a vape or eliquid, this is the place to go. The proprietor and staff really know their products well and carefully select the best items. (From inexpensive little pocket models to more exotic boxes and big tanks.) They are happy to show you whatever you would like to see and patiently answer questions. They stand behind their products too if you have a problem. The house liquids are available in mixes of your choosing with 20 or more flavors to choose from. Buy 3 and get one free. Its a cool place just to stop by and visit even for the curious window shopper.

I came in one night looking for a replacement tank for my mod and this really nice girl named Nique helped me. TBH honest I didnt want to buy a new one rather I just wanted a replacement glass bubble to put on my old one. However, they didnt have the size I needed. Nique was extremely knowledgeable of all their products and understanding that I didn't want to go all out, I just wanted something to replace my old tak that was in my price range and worked well.
