Had to ask for a bag to put the glass dab pen bought and was given a small bag it barely could hold the pen. My company and I were being stalker watched from min we walked in. But all in all the experience has always been Great and the variety of items presented were awesome .

The prices were fair, products were fine. The older gentleman behind the counter seemed really annoyed by my questions about which product he would recommend out of their admittedly great selection. I tried out their new medical dispensary, and the same guy gave me even worse service in that half of the building. The cannabis is OK, but the employee's rudeness made me feel unwelcome. Five star place, three star service.

Love the selection at this shop. They pretty much have anything you can think of. The staff is knowledgeable and let's you look around without cramming sales down your throat. The prices were really good on their papers and fair on their glassware. I'll be back!

Ive not been to this place, however, in reading the reviews, one in particular stood out and that was a review from 7 months ago with a reply from the owner. And what i see is that without questions the owner of this place asks the customer if shed be willing to give his store a second chance and even offers to meet her there personally to see that she has a better experience. This owner takes responsibility and takes his business and the satisfaction of his customers very seriously. He sees passed the woman berating his business, employees, prices and merchandise and wants to make her experience better which says hes a person of strong character and one with good moral fiber. Kudos to you Up N Smoke owner, you've just gained yourself a new customer.

I found said it was a very nice store for what I wanted the help was friendly and polite the prices for a little bit more than the place I regularly go but not so much that I would go to the other place for one or two things but if I was buying a lot of stuff I would go to another store but overall for short small trips it's a very good place

Friendly staff, extremely gouged prices. Same products / higher quality products can be found a few minutes up the street for a little less than half what they charge at this business. Their only other pro aside from the staff is they're open on Sunday. This won't be a regular visit for -me- at all, but if you're fine paying 34$ for the exact same item you can get 4mins away for 17$ OR your main store is closed & you dont mind the price gouge then you might have -your- spot.
