The gentleman that helped me was professional and friendly. He directed me in the right direction and didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't want. When I needed help with the device, he took the time to troubleshoot it for me and at no point did he make it feel like I was inconveniencing him. He even suggested I try the device in front of him to make sure I was happy with my purchase and sure enough, I was! I'll continue to purchase my vape products from this establishment and I would recommend anyone looking for a vape store to try this one before going anywhere else. For those who have been accustomed to vaping before the restrictions went into place and others closed their doors permanently, you already know that the biggest benefit of buying from a vape store is the device support they provide. Today's visit was reflective of that.

Just found this gem of a vape shop after living in the Rego Park area for well over 40 years. How did I ever miss this vape shop? Mike (who I believe is the owner) is extremely knowledgeable about anything and everything having to do with vaping. He assisted me with my needs and was very friendly and courteous. The store itself is well stocked with hardware and a variety of juices to satisfy any vaper's needs. If you are a vaper, I highly recommend King Kong Vapes! Went to this shop becuse of how close it was to where I lived. I was plesanlty surprised by how amazing the shop looked. The assortment of juices will have you feeling like a kid in a candy store.
