We visited the store on 1/12/20. Hussain from best buzz entertained us from start to end. I would say he’s was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. They got the best rates, nobody can beat them in NYC(considering online store rates AS WELL). We got everything from flavors to hookah and coal. He gave us few extra items as a courtesy. Definitely will visit back again.

If I were to ever open up a business, I strive to give the same customer service I received here. Hands down, the best customer I've ever received. I went to buy my first hookah with no knowledge on literally anything and the guy took his time to explain everything to me, he even helped us hook it up just to demonstrate to my husband and I. Prices are already amazing and yet he still gave us some freebies just because we were newbies who had to start from the beginning and buy everything. I'm so glad I read the reviews and decided to go there. They're open late too, so that's a plus!

Look, you're walking into a tiny, full-to-the-brim Outer Borough smoke shop right on Astoria Blvd. You're not gonna find a Bob Snodgrass chillum, or some curated display of high-end paraphernalia. But let me tell you something: I've lived in the neighborhood for 9.5yrs, and they're still here, and that's no small feat, in this crazy, mixed-up world. The prices are reasonable, the service is friendly.
