Nice staff and good atmosphere. There ample seating for smoking inside and there multiple tables outside each with their own oversized Stinky ashtray so this is a great place to meet freinds for a smoke. The walk in humi has every popular brand and even a lot of boutique blends. They also have a good selection of pipe tobacco as well. The store is fully stocked with cigar and pipe accessories (check out the desktop humidor selection) and they have lockers for frequent guests. Parking is a little cramped even in the additonal parking area in the back. This is a good stop if you are a cigar fan.

Friendly staff willing to help. The best selection of pipe tobacco I can find in the area. Huge humidor with cigars and a lounge you can smoke them in. This seems silly but I love the huge selection of cigar boxes they sell for just a couple dollars. More parking in the back of the building.

Very nice cigar shop. Clean and the staff is very nice. Nice lounge to sit in and smoke and watch TV. They do have cigar events from time to time with certain brands that are always nice. Very knowledgeable staff about different cigars, pipes and pipes tobacco products also.

Great shop! Nice atmosphere and good conversation. Staff knows their tobacco. I am more of a pipe guy than cigar and they have a real nice selection of pipes and tobacco. You even get a free ounce when you buy a pipe. I will be back. Glad to see this addition to Metairie.

This place is super clean, well organized, prices are fair, and the staff is knowledgeable. If you don't see what you want, just ask. I'm still a novice with cigar smoking and they were very accommodating. They have a couple rooms where you can sit and smoke without any issues. Drinks are available and you can stay as long as you want. I will be back.

Moving to a new facility. Plenty of General Tobacco. Nothing unique in the humidor. Was a little surprised to see mold on many of their cigars. The plans for the new site look pretty cool and I'll check them out when they move.

There are quite a few "cigar" shops in the area, but this one is excellent. Great selection of high quality cigars, good seating, beverages, and good ventilation. For the pipe smoker, there is a very good selection of quality tinned tobacco (including Rattray!). Savenelli, Peterson and Ascorti pipes! Drop by and have a smoke!

I drove from Baton Rouge in search of this cigar shop that sold Briar Pipes and pipe tobacco. I was not disappointed upon arrival and the owner was very helpful and informative. I left the shop very happy with pipe tobacco selection and a VERY nice Eric Nording pipe!

Wide range of cigars in the walk-in humidor and seating is either inside or outside on their patio for smoking. Facility is not a bar - alcohol was not served. Full shop for any and all cigar smoking accessories.

The home of the biggest rockstar in the cigar business....the CLE rep! Don't know the guy's name, but he's amazing. Ask for him while you're there and if he sees you, follow his recommendation....he won the World Cigar Smoking Championship for the New Orleans region and is one of only three Level 5 cigar sommeliers in the entire world.

Good selection but can't smoke in the shop so they're moving to a new spot. They should inform people you can't smoke in this shop prior to purchase because you can smoke in there Magazine St. Shop.
