Penny IsleReally neat selection of novelty pipes along with other types of souvenirs. If you're the type of person that whines about paying too much for something purchased in a tourist destination (ie locals don't hang out in the French Quarter), you probably should plan ahead and bring it with you because it is likely you WILL pay more for it here. That's the cost of convenience.
