Limited selection, but not in a bad way. They appeared to have higher quality, niche items that most vape stores wouldn’t carry.

I came in to the Vape Store a few weeks ago looking to try something different. A friend recommended your vape shop and the young man Patrick. I came in without much knowledge and what to expect and walked out ecstatic and satisfied. His personality and knowledge was great. The product I received has met expectation and more. The experience is A1 so if anyone is looking for a great place for vape products and knowledge this the place.

I have been twice. This vape store is beautifully laid out and stocked, and the associates working there were both pleasant, however, one was much more knowledgeable than the other concerning what they had in stock, as well as the business in general. I got everything I needed the second visit, but I could have hung out longer if I would have had the time!!! They're slightly on expensive side..but great variety of stock!!!

My favorite place to get vape products. The environment is very chill, the people that work there are really knowledgeable and have answered ALL of my questions. ( I had a lot of questions when I first started vaping.) I went in today and D'Jae and Patrick helped me pick a new flavor. Both of them were so helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that half the time they're out of suorin edge pods which is really annoying!!!

Patrick is very polite and nice, and very knowledgeable. The blonde girl that works at this store and the Ave store isn't nice at all, very condescending and seems to only want commission. She doesn't come off that she likes her job at all and doesn't care about customers. She has berated me for a question before a couple of years ago at the Ave store, and I witnessed her berate another customer on my last visit to the Marigny store when she was working. I call the store before going out there now to check who is working. I will not be back when she is there. It's sad that you continue letting her treat customers this way.

Awesome selection even though it's all pre-made juices. I usually prefer house juices however the guy working the day I strolled in was so knowledgeable and helpful I tried a pre-made juice again and he totally changed my mind! Opened my eyes to a different company I've never heard of before. I forgot to get his name but he really was wonderful! Thank you big guy behind the counter!!!

Patrick and Don are absolutely fantastic. Spend about a half hour diagnosing a problem with my mod instead of trying to get me to replace my equipment. 10/10 one of the better vape shops I have visited in the US.

I just wanted to send a thank you to Patrick (and the other guy working the counter, I didn't get his name and the girl answering the phone on the weekend) for all their help. They couldn’t have been kinder, more patient, professional, informative and empathetic to me; a lifetime smoker who has to quit and knows zero about vaping. I walked in (with a big dog) and a lot of fear of quitting and they were so positive, encouraging, funny and patient with me; taking the time to see which vape/ecig would be best for me and explaining how to use it. I was going to order online but I'm so glad I didn't because they made me feel like I wasn't alone and that they would be here to help in my transitioning into being a non smoker. Hope this review is helpful to any smokers out there.

Travel the US, live in NOLA, never been to a better vape store. Carefully culled selection of juice is just the start. They fix JUNOs in house and have a big selection of their pods. Only place to get JUUL pods down river from the Quarter too. Their salespeople are FANTASTIC, friendly and can help with any question. Skip the rest and stop in here. Can not wait until they have a full line of CBD. Impressive, knowledgeable, friendly - couldn't ask for more. Constantly wowed by a store that sets the bar in this city.
