The people there that work there in my experience are really not that nice, and I mean all of them not just one of them. The little redhead kid is the worst. The place is pretty overpriced compared to send vape shops but this place does have amazing glass.

Tyler does a good job here at being friendly and passionate. I like his commitment to the store and the guests! We have been to many a store such as this in our time, but I must say the variety the prices and the great customer service makes it a final destination, for sure. If you need CBD, smoking products of any kind including incense then this should be a place of interest. I must also mention it is nestled between a donut shop and awesome Mexican food, hmmm and yumm. The vegan option always a plus!

This is my favourite vape shop in the area! They offer a great selection of everything from hookahs to electronic cigarettes, to water pipes, box vaporizers, and everything in between! The only thing better than their plethora of products is their customer service! They have a couch for lounging and often have video games to play on the big television. Extremely polite and considerate, as well as laid-back. I highly recommend this location to anyone!!!

Has a great selection but when your stuck on your own flavor and company you get it from its hard to find a new one, its a good store and plenty of juice. Doesn't know to coil selections when you ask for a triple mesh coil for the prince 12 they should know but it wasn't a bad experience at all!

Amazing place with the largest selection I have seen so far. Amazing water pipes and bongs. Hookahs and a mountain of juices. The guy running the place..Pollo...is great! Patient and informative. He even set my vape up and put the juice in to show me what's what! I wish I could give more stars!

They have some great deals and have treated me well so far! I will advise that you check your new vape device before leaving the store (or any vape store). Last time I bought a vape pen from here, I got home and opened the box and the chamber was already busted, unfortunately. I drove straight back with my receipt and they gladly swapped it out for me for no extra charge! Of course, I checked it before going back home lol But still, this is a great vape store and they've been quite honest with me for the past year and a half I've been going to it. I would recommend it. :)

Good vape shop, they carry many different nicotine liquids, parts, etc and offer pretty competitive pricing. The employees are pretty good about helping customers find what they need, but because of this it can take a while to get what you need if they are busy.

Amazing shop, extremely patient and polite people, very helpful and informative. Best of all they have a super wide variety, they have the most products and the best prices of any vape/smoke shop I’ve been to in all of Middle Tennessee. Highly recommend at least stopping by and having a look around.

I'm happy to see that there is a glass/tobacco store literally right down the road from me, instead of having to drive down to Harding place to get some professional glass that isn't using some cheaply made China glass. They have some awesome merchandise here, from Hookahs and Bongs, to some unique pipes & one hitters, to even papers and cape juices. I will definitely be visiting here from time to time! And more thing to mention, the people who work here are awesome! Extremely friendly, as if they're your friends.

Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff are here to help you find what you're looking for, or even something new. The selection is wide and varied in juices, with 0 nicotine too (which some stores dont carry). They have a nice selection of CBD products too, from vapeable to flower and so forth. Pipe and hookah selection is there as well, at least half the store. If you're an older customer, don't be put off by the graffiti decor. These are friendly, kind staff who know their products.

Its a one stop smoke shop! I had no idea what I was doing when I walked in there, so the employee walked me through all the parts of a vape, different styles, flavors and prices and he answered every one of my stupid questions! I also noticed the other half of the store had bowls, pipes, and bongs... if you are into that sort of thing 😉 huge selection!

WARNING: No returns on defective mods that Vape USA sells; NO EXCEPTIONS! Average staff and staffing. Good deals on juice for quantity if you're not picky, descent juice selection, mostly average juices, some juices quality is sub-par, few juices quality is exceptional for the variety offered. I only purchased 2 mods from this store. 1 mod broke within a week and one mod proved defective (short circuit from battery imbalance error) after a few days. This store may sell some refurbished manufacturers mods though I can't be sure. I may just have had extremely poor luck at this store. I will continue to purchase discount low quality juices if in the area but I will never purchase another mod there, especially with their return policy and my only 2 mod purchases and both design failures/flaws.

The atmosphere was really friendly and inviting upon entering vape USA I really like the floor plan it was open you were able to see everything and it smelled really good in there but vanilla is one of my favorite sense I spoke with the young man and the young lady that were there I was looking for CBD oil for pets and he was very knowledgeable he was able to help me find it and he also help assist me and how much I needed to give her so kudos I will be coming back.
