The customer service is AMAZING at this store. My favorite flavor of vape had been sold out for a couple of weeks. I was a little bummed because I go in every week and get my “Loops” flavored vape . I came in today, hoping they would have it. Unfortunately they didn’t BUT the owner called his warehouse and asked if I would be willing to wait 10 minutes so he could go pick up the flavor I wanted. This man went out of his way just to get me one vape. This is BEYOND satisfaction of customer service. Love the people that work here & the owner! 👍

I initially went in Izzy's because i had left my vape on the plane and needed to buy a new one. Unfortunately, the bulk of their selection is Smok, a brand I'm not a fan of. But staff was very nice, store was clean: well-organized and they have an excellent selection of juices. I came back the next time i was in the area and purchased juice.
