Simple and conveniently located in the heart of Highland Park. Customer service is excellent although product availability is limited in comparison to other Head Shops.

One of the few tobacco shops open until 10 which is convenient since almost every other tobacco shop closes around 8 or 9. So on Thursday September 9th, I had a long busy day and drive way out of my way to stop there knowing they're open until 10. I arrive at 9:43 only for the clerk to inform me it was credit card only because he already counted his till😡 There were several customers in there asking questions and he was annoyed when he had to look up from his phone to answer them. But the point being he must have counted his till around 930 to have it already done since you dont count your till with customers in the store. Now if it was 955 I could understand, but even then, take an extra minute to add my 20-30 bucks to your total!! Very frustrating the level of customer service some people think is perfectly ok. I will point out that USUALLY they do have good customer service which is why they still get 3 stars. The selection is adequate. It's a small store but it has your basics and like I said is open until 10. Provided you wish to use a credit card and not cash.

Stopped here, accidentally admittedly (gas station is next door) and loved the small, yet full location. Def worth stopping in if you need something smoke related.
