I switched from smoking to disposables and it was burning a hole in my wallet. When I decided to get a more sustainable and affordable set up I knew I had to find a place with knowledgeable staff. This is the spot!!! The staff helped me pick out a great device, sample juices, and answered my never ending questions. They even offered to let me swap out a device I purchased after the first few hits were so much harsher than expected. I didn’t even ask for that! They were just attentive enough to see I was struggling with the adjustment at first. As generous as they were, I wont be taking them up on the offer because by the time I got home I fell in love with the products they sent me with. I now have a plan for weaning myself off nicotine all together, which is a huge bonus, and I know exactly what to purchase when I come in next. Even if I didn’t, though, I know I can rely on these guys to help. The staff member assisting me told me it was her second week and I couldn’t believe it. She was a rockstar. Everyone has to train on a new job, so even if it was clumsy I wouldn’t of minded, but the process was so easy and welcoming. You can just tell they treat their employees well and offer stellar training. Thanks a million! I’ll be back 💕

I've been shopping at Smokeless for roughly 5 years now, and I've never been let down. Between the products available and the staff, there really isn't more I could ask for. During my most recent visit, I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Sydney(this was actually the second consecutive time where Sydney had to deal with my barrage of questions). She is a ROCK STAR from start to finish! Super friendly, equally knowledgeable, and just plainly a great person. For all your vaping needs, look no further than Smokeless...and ask for Sydney!

I visited the Northeast shop in desperate need of saving money getting back to using my mod and stopping buying disposables. Sydney & Natalie took a lot of time letting me try as many oils as I wanted and set me up with a solution of a better tank for my existing mod. I don’t expect the type of customer service I got that day but when it’s as exceptional as what they gave it must be commended.

25 Stars. I randomly went here a couple years ago when I accidentally burnt through my last coil. Not only did they carry my brand of coils, but their website was able to say that they had them in stock. I went there for only coils but knew I had to come back. Ever since I've always told friends to check out Smokeless both in NE Mpls or Burnsville, or whichever location is closest. I bought a new Caliburn G2 in July. Last month I went in because the button got stuck and I accidentally burnt through a new coil. They were a huge help with that and again when I went in today for the Auto-Draw misfiring, they replaced both items as part of the warranty. The prices are very reasonable for both juice and hardware, and the perks program for returning customers is also awesome - I've been able to cash in rewards points for new coils and juice. The only disadvantage is the geographic location of the NE shop. Depending on the time of day you go, parking can be somewhat hard to find as well as dealing with traffic to get there, but that's worth dealing with since the quality of the products and service is so great compared to other shops I've been to. Hopefully they can expand into the North end of the metro in the future - I know that an excellent vape shop like this can be hard to find!

I stopped in window shopping to check this place out, and I must say better than most, with a lot of quality local intense and vibrant art, all sold for the promotion of art. A nice relaxing lounge area in order to relax and enjoy your vape. A few thousand flavors and concentations await the savvy vapor smoker as well as an array of equipment for sale as well. This place can take care of almost any vaporizing need. They even have some social games, and merch shirts and materials. The staff was pleasant and informative, and definitely an advocate and art apreciative young man. I liked the place.

I love Smokeless--and was so glad to find this company in 2018 after the vaping products I had used for years were bought out by Juul. Smokeless is based here, has a number of stores in the area, and makes its e-liquid under strict quality controls. The staff is unfailingly kind, knowledgeable, and will spend as much time as you need, whether you're new to vaping or an old hand, in helping you find the flavor profiles you're looking for, answering questions about new products and devices, and keeping customers up to date on legislation affecting the vape industry. For as ex-smoker like me, it's been a relief to find products and people I trust. Smokeless has a rewards and coupon program and gives double points on purchases on Tuesdays. The atmosphere in the store laid back, and it's always fun to visit.

I've seen my fair share of vape shops--the exceedingly douche-y, "bro-y" and proud bro-y, space aged, and dingy. The northeast smokeless is the place to beat in the twin cities as far as we're concerned. Consistently good with no weird or off-putting interactions over the years. They have a good selection of reasonably priced juice, CBD and edibles? Relaxed normal atmosphere with no pretensions. Employees tend toward young pierced youth. Diversity of customers. Open layout in the front to give folks some space. You can come as prepared or unprepared as you like, and they'll help you through the process. Dog friendly for good doggos. (Stock biscuits?)

Smokeless was distinct in 2 ways. 1 -- the high quality of their carefully chosen (albeit limited) selection of vapes. 2 -- Smokeless employees posessed a MUCH higher degree of vaping-related knowledge than I found ANYWHERE else in town.

The staff here are excellent, and I'm loving the new box mod and RDA I picked up here. The manager, Mark, was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the merchandise. He was also happy to share some tips on building coils, mixing e-liquid, etc. I even got a free t shirt! Overall I really enjoyed my experience here. I would recommend this location to beginners and experienced vapers alike.

I used to go here for E-cig stuff, but now that I've been off of that for over 3 years now, it's a good choice for CBD, Hemp, and THC products! They have a wonderful and wide variety of products to fit your needs. If you have any questions, they're there to walk you through the process in a helpful and non-judgemental way. Best staff - very kind, inclusive, helpful and joyful folks, all-around. Mark is a quality human through and through, as well :)

I came in as a newcomer to vaping, never owning and using my own device. I had a general idea of the direction I wanted to go into, but did not know how to get there fully. The staff was incredibly receptive to that, and I was given ample time and information to move forward. I never felt that I was being directed towards a certain solution, and always had choice and felt comfortable taking in new information and building off of that. There was no pitches or upselling, it really felt like they wanted me to make a purchase I was happy and comfortable about, and I appreciate that. They have a great supply of locally made high grade juices available, and will try and find something you are comfortable with and enjoy based off customer experiences and their personal experiences. I have no doubt they are a great place to stop in at if you are just starting, or have been a vaper for years and want to see how things have progressed over the years. I recommend their service very well and am very happy I chose them as my first toe into the hobby.

This place has become a home away from home. Mark, Alauna, Dustin, Jack, Jason, and McKenzie are great people. I’ve been going here for a little over a year, and every time I go I feel this breath of fresh air. They are super LGBT friendly, and want nothing but the best for their customers. Their newest juice baked is absolutely amazing. Take time with them and enjoy the atmosphere. You won’t find the latest and greatest hardware, but what they have is rock solid and reliable. This is important because if you are a new vapor you don’t want some brand new unreliable device. Check them out, and say Amena told you to.

The rewards program is great for frequent buyers like myself, let the points add up and then get yourself a new rig at a hefty discount, or grab a 120ml bottle of Sass (personal favorite 503 flavor) for dirt cheap more often. The 503 flavors are all I vape anymore, and I have dabbled with more flavors and brands than I could ever try to count. You'll never leave dissatisfied!

It has an inviting atmosphere, great staff, great selection of juices and I absolutely LOVE their soda selections! Not many places commit to staying away from artificial sweeteners.

Visited here for the first time today. I was a little intimidated a first because I'm trying to get off tobacco and had no idea where to start. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and I love that they have a bar setup where you can sample all their flavors for free. I ended up purchasing a basic unit and two of my favorite flavors (blackbird and pompom.. yum!) and they made sure to show me how the components work and got me all set up before I left the store. I'll definitely be back.

First visit there I was impressed by the aesthetics and warm environment as well as friendly staff and an awesome selection of liquid to choose from. Parking behind the store as well, which helps is convenient for a Minneapolis location, too. MustVape Handlebar is probably one of my new favourites! Highly recommend stopping by and checking it out. While I can't recommend buying vape gear from ANY shop (online prices are much cheaper) If you're in a pinch and need juice or coils, I do highly recommend checking out this shop. The staff is extremely friendly and open to helping out their customers to their specific needs. Whenever I'm low on juice and have to wait 2 or 3 days for a shipment to come, I head in to buy a bottle and some coils. The shop itself has a very unique atmosphere that encourages relaxation and friendly banter. Additionally students get a discount on their already competitive prices, so if you're a student I would go no other place than Smokeless

I love this shop and stop in almost weekly. Staff are super nice and really helpful. The only thing holding me back from giving it a full 5 stars is the change in juice recently. My last purchase of PomPom was quite a shock when I noticed the color had changed, however, I was told it was the exact same in flavor. Well, unfortunately it wasn't and it was kind of a big let down as it was my go to juice for the last year or so. I hope I can find a nice replacement here as again, I love the shop. But the new juice is kind of disappointing.

So I've been smoking an e-cig for about 10 years now and I tried there 503 brand when it came out. Now I've gone back and forth with cigarettes and vapes and ive tried just about everything under the sun and I recently went back to smokeless smoking and got some 503 and their juice is still as amazing and great tasting as the first time I tried it like exactly how I remember it and it reminded me of what quality juice is like. 503 is forever my favorite juice on the market. It isn't loaded with sugar so you get the great hit with out so much flavor you have to brush your teeth after. Also less sugar means your juice lasts longer, so does your coil and they give you bigger bottles! I was wondering why I'm caughing from my vape and now I found out why. Also my lungs would feel heavy before cuz the sugars and now with 503 it doesn't faze me and you still get that nice nic kick. Also some pretty cool flavors. Love it.

This place is amazing! I recently lost my vape and came in to get a new one, but they were out of the model I wanted. Rather than pushing me to buy a different brand or telling me I'd just have to wait, they actually let me borrow one of their in-store units until they got more of what i wanted in stock. They didn't ask for a deposit or anything, just trust. How cool is that?!? The staff is awesome and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Whats more, it's a fun place to just hang out even if you're not shopping. I can't think of any other place that encourages patrons to just come and chill, even if you're not actually shopping that day. And, of course, you can vape freely. Two big thumbs up for smokeless smoking NE!

A long time ago I gave Smokeless Smoking a very poor review, but I've come back to replace it with this one. This is my favorite store in the Twin Cities for vaping products and e-liquid. It's the only store I go to for these things. The selection is impressive, and the flavors of juice they have are quite varied. And the staff if very knowledgeable and friendly, always attentive to my needs. There's one employee who usually wears a turban who is particularly helpful. Smokeless Smoking will always be THE store for me for everything I need to vape.

Excellent experience .... First time customer. My wife and I came in on a Sunday around Noon. I wish I remembered the name of the salesman that took care of us. (It was his birthday) Mark also assisted with the sale. Our sales-guy was a great listener and seemed to know what we were looking for before we really knew what we wanted. We tried out the Aspire Spryte and liked it right away. Stealth vaping is one of our main interests. We aren't interested in blowing big clouds of vapor. The Aspire Spryte meets all of our requirements and only costs $29.99. We bought two of them. They had us sample a few e-liquids and we settled on 503 Blend 4 in a large size. We also selected Lasso Menthol in a smaller size. We highly recommend the NE Minneapolis Smokeless Smoking Vape Shop. We'll be back. The parking in the rear of the store made the visit very convenient.

My fiance and I are loyal customers to this vape shop. Everyonea who works there is super friendly, remembering us every time we've been there after our first visit. Employees are also very helpful, you can ask anything about anything vape related and they are more than happy to help without judgement. We have sat there for a good hour on multiple occasions just talking with employees about vape and more. The house liquids are amazing and come in a variety of flavors at a great price. They also have a points system where you earn points on your account for every purchase and you can use them toward future purchases when you hit a cerain amount. We usually wait until we hit $10 or $30 of free product and get a couple liquids. The non house liquids are also great and priced perfectly. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, they have local artists work on display and for sale which is awesome to see. I love local places that support the community in ways like that. Last but not least, they have contests and artists come in for live drawings! We won a Prince portrait that's still being worked on by The Gentleman Artistvand we are very hyped on that! Check out his artwork too if you get a chance!

Always friendly and helpful staff. Going to an Ecig shop, you can get a couple different types of people helping you out. 1 - The know it all, they spew info at you and don't care what you're there for 2 - The flavor expert, the person behind the counter constantly vaping clouding up the room and just shoving testers in your face 3 - The chill one. Person behind the counter just sitting there not doing anything and doesn't know anything. To be honest, all 3 suck on their own. Thankfully here they have a mix of all 3. They have the information you need/want. They have chill employees that aren't over the top and they have great flavor knowledge. If you're a ecig veteran or a newbie. this is the best place to start. (pit fighter by Black and Yellow is my go to flavor)!

EDIT [changed from 1 star to 3]: Credit where credit is due, I was contacted by someone from Smokeless. That goes a long way for me in customer service. I should also add, in fairness, the employees at the store were very friendly. Id left a 4 star review after my first experience. But today I went to get some coils for my Kanger Evod and was told I needed a new tank because Kanger hasnt made those coils for years. Ended up purchasing a tank I didn't need. Had I done my homework I could have found the coils elsewhere. They were apparently unaware that the coils were still made. Annoying situation but company was very responsive.
