The employees are all very helpful, friendly, and personable whenever I visit the store. However, anytime I've tried calling, I've never gotten an answer. Which is quite disappointing considering I have such a great experience inside.

Some of the best variety of Loon products. Friendly staff and they have beverages and some snacks. So a smoke shop+ but not a convenience store. It's a good combo and I will keep coming here. When it gets busy sometimes parking can be a bit difficult. Nothing bad on the store, just something to keep in mind.

The Loon smoke shop is the only smoke shop I go to. The manager Samir is a real bad boy and very knowledgeable. Khaled is very helpful too, but usually very busy with ladies' trying to get his phone number or convince him to go out them. I overheard one woman talking to another and referred to him as "The Human Jackhammer." I'm not sure what that means, but I'm pretty sure it's a good thing.

This place has really stepped up their game! I've always enjoyed my visits here but the updates were needed. It's almost always super busy yet the staff is great at keeping the line moving fast plus they're always friendly. As a matter of fact, it's very rare to have to wait in line at all and after just a couple visits it was nice to be remembered, gives ya that small town feel in the big city! An uptown favorite of mine for sure!

Mr Boss man and his son had had amazing service. I took an elderly man I spotted who was having a hard time walking to a nearby tobacco store on my street which he discovers was closed . Offered to Drive him to this store which I had not been to before and they were so understanding and offered this gentlemen a free water as well and helped him with all his needs . Really happy boss man is here in this community .

Well not buy one without other. No 100s Shargio tubes, I don't buy my Good Stuff brand tobacco or other way around. Hard to find them both at same place. Have to visit many to find, then find myself way out somewhere.
