The cool manager and greatest workers ever. Very helpful guys and humble. If you are in the twins cities and even if you are not smoker just go there and check how beautiful this place with all those stickers on the walls and that special room of cigar.

I bought two Flor de las Antillas Maduro cigars here. They had a nice humidor with good selections, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The prices are a little higher than some other places, but not that much to make a difference.

Great owners but still has the same employee that threatened me last time i was there after spending $50 that time and when I just went in and paid $30 he was there just staring at me like he still he has a problem with me and I said hey how's it going and he just kept staring at me like be wanted to do something...you should not have this employee working there if it's a problem to spend money in there cause last time he wanted to beat me up for asking questions after spending $50 in this store. The guy who helped me was awesome and did a great job. I would recommended this place but not with that person still working there who had threatened me last time and was mean mugging me this time after spending money and looking around. Prices are good use to be my go to store since I live in downtown but I just don't feel safe there with that employee there and this isn't the first time I have said something, even had talked to the great owner about it and he said he would take care of it. Guess not. Still great store perfect prices and have every tobacco product you need!

Very fair owner, I had an issue with one of the products I purchased there (with proof), and he respectfully took care of it. I admittedly left a bad review after being kicked out with my bike (understandably so), and I said some rude things.. I apologize for that. It’s your store, and I should have respected that. I’m sure you would have been a bit more hesitant to do that for me if you knew I was that guy, so I had to make it right on here by adjusting that unfair review. Will return again, given the much better prices that other places in the area - thank you!

I live Uptown, actually there is 2 smokes shops within 2 blocks of me. I will actually bike or bus my way to Infinity because I tend to get a little distracted. And they are very patient with me, as well as being helpful and kind.

Infinity Smokes is one of my favorite places in downtown Minneapolis to stop and get a few excellent quality cigars. The owners and staff are all very nice and very knowledgable when it comes to helping find the right cigar you are looking for. They have an awesome selection to choose from in their walk in Humidor and if they don't have what you are looking for? They are more than willing to place a special order for you. Any time someone stops and asks me where I get my cigars at? I always mention Infinity Smokes! I hope they will b around for a good, long time! For they have a loyal and regular customer when it comes to myself.

They have Minnesota made nicotine salt juices!! You can mix to make your own flavor, and they're reasonable priced. The guy helping me out was super nice, down to earth, and knowledgeable about the products. Definitely my new spot for salt juices. Thanks guys!!

I was in Minneapolis for a few days to get some business done and came across infinity smokes on Google when I was looking for a cigar shop in the area. I just went down there this evening , I was greeted by the friendly guys at the counter and one of them took me into their humidor and helped me find what I was looking for . I picked up 6 assorted cigars , paid with a smile and left. The staff this evening were very helpful and polite, I regret not getting their names because when I come over from south africa again I hope these guys are still working at this shop. Also infinity has a wide variety of tobacco products, cigars, cigarettes , shisha flavour etc. I'd be surprised if you left the store without finding what you want. Also the prices were fantastic on their cigars. If you're walking to the store you might come across some homeless/poor/shady people on the street but don't let that dissuade you from going to the store. 5 stars for me.

I really like this smoke shop but I never like to go inside only because there's always a group of guys standing outside! I feel like a piece of meat on a slab! It doesn't matter what time of day there's always people hanging outside whether it's homeless or just people loitering!

#1 reason I'm a regular customer here: PRICE! Same as your neighborhood stores/gas stations😊. Infinity Smokes is an attractive, clean & friendly shop with a broad array of tobacco merchandise: cigarettes, cigars, bulk tobacco, vape product, related items/accessories and more! Displays are kept sparkling, staff are knowledgeable and down to earth.

The smoke shop is located on Hennepin, downtown, which makes it convenient place to buy a pack of cigarettes - if that's all you need. They do sell a large variety of tobacco and papers. However, I've found that the tobacco prices are a few dollars higher then elsewhere, but they do sell the $2.49 tubes that aren't always available at that price at other stores. Beyond the tubes though, don't expect any other promotions, sales, or brands that cater to customers who are looking for something affordable that's not necessarily top tier. They also sell hard tobacco cases in the flip-top and thin double-sided styles in both King and 100 sizes; just don't expect a huge variety to choose from. Also, I've purchased several disposable e-cigs from this store. They carry a fairly large variety at decent to low prices. Every time I bought a disposable e-cig, I asked the employee for a recommendation and I was never burned; I was happy with all of my disposable e-cig purchases. They also sell novelty ashtrays, decorative and regular Zippos, a few special lighters, and incense and incense accessories. And on a somewhat random side note, they sell belly button ring jewelry, earrings, and watches. In the interest of a thorough review, please (!) don't take my review to be all-inclusive of the store's offerings. There are many other categories of things available at this store, a seemingly in-depth offering of cigars, for one. I'm just not able to comment on the selection or quality of these items because I have no interest in them and have never even looked at these sections of items. Regarding the customer service, the man that usually works here has a straight and to-the-point, business-as-usual attitude, but he's never rude, and if you spend a decent amount of money sometimes he'll throw in a free lighter. Overall, this is a quality, average smoke shop that I do recommend if you're downtown.

Very nice store, the humidor is the perfect level of humidity, not a dry cigar in the house, and agreat selection of Premium cigarettes. Prices are good as well, the only improvement that could be made would be parking.

Seems like a decent smoke shop, but after making a purchase, they wouldn't let me stay in the shop for 5 minutes while I waited for my Lyft to arrive. I understand they're downtown and they can't allow extended loitering, but this was still weak customer service.

This smoke shop is great not only do they know what they are talking about when it comes to ciggars but they are also very friendly and out going. The main man who works there is so friendly always willing to help give you his suggutions and what to try. I have never been let down with this store. They also have a lot of fun nick nack kind of things like sun glass phone cases and things which makes the store fun to go in to its not just a store to go buy tobaco by any means.

Great Selection of Cigars...CAO, Cohiba, etc... and guys are always helpful and offer a nice cut and matches. Friendly staff and fair prices. When people see me enjoying a cigar at the Marriott, I send them over.

Needed a place I could find a quick gift for a friend and ran into Infinity Smokes. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING! The store itself looks beautiful, not your run of the mill smoke shop. The biggest thing that caught me off guard is their humidor. It is huge, no joke. They've got every cigar you can think of: Cohiba, Rocky, Padron, etc. but what I really like is that they are actually up to date on their cigars. It took me so long to find the Montecristo Epic series because it just came out. As soon as I walked into the humidor that was the first thing I saw!! The guys are extremely nice and helpful as well, definitely recommend this place.

Staff is extremely knowledgable, and honest if you ask their opinion about the products. Prices are a little high, but that is to be expected downtown. If you have any questions about vapes, tobacco, smoking utensils, or gummies, the staff will be able to give you options you could enjoy but have never tried. They have often recommended less expensive products that were higher quality than the products I had been using. Cool place.
