The gents that work here are always nice and helpful. They know their products and suggest good alternatives if my favorite is out of stock. Since moving last year it's a longer trip but worth it for the excellent customer service and familiarity. Loyalty to businesses that treat their customers well is paramount for me. They certainly deserve an increase in pay considering the employees are the reason I keep coming back.

This is the only ecig shop I will visit. The staff are kind, knowledgeable and super helpful! This is the only ecig shop where I haven't been talked down to, harassed or insulted. A heads up for people with allergies, they do have 2 cats that live in the shop. They're super friendly but obviously if you're allergic that's something to be aware of.

They have a couple "store cats" 😻 that are sweet and used to customers, and the staff is very helpful & knowledgeable. It's a judgement-free zone from what I've seen, which I respect! Prices aren't the cheapest out there but that's what comes with quality of service and a nicer looking store front, so it's expected. I'd rather spend a little more to get the right thing if I'm in the area. I've spent money on the WRONG items in the past at other stores when employees aren't trained to help with questions, so in the long run it may have saved me time & money.

Imperial is the best vape shop I've ever been to. They have just 4 employees, who are all knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. I've been shopping there over a year and I still haven't had enough time to try their entire liquid selection. Everything I've had so far tastes good. It's been a great place for me to work from my laptop, and they always have free coffee and water. And they have a cat! I don't think I'll ever need to shop anywhere else.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Jacob took plenty of time to explain the basics to me and the atmosphere was like a great little coffee shop. If you're going to vape, you can tell they care about their customers and source their products carefully but still price them affordably.

Helpful and friendly staff. It always feels very welcoming as the people working will happily offer suggestions or answer questions. The layout of the store feels neat and cool. They always seem to keep their juices stocked and on display. The only downside is the prices are a little steep but I think that is because they are selective about having only top shelf juices. If you haven't been, its definately worth checking out. Oh and they always have a cat roaming around the store which is a definate plus if you ask me

Best vape store in the twin cities! They have a huge selection of liquid to try. Oh yeah you can try all the flavors before making your final selection. They have a great selection of devices, devices that are simple and great for people just getting started and devices with all the bells and whistles. They have a couple of cats that are real cool and just hang out, I’m not even a cat person and I like them. A couple of couches to hang out with some buddies and socialize. And the cherry on top is the great service. Every employee is very knowledgeable and have the tools to get you the answers you need. They are patient when you have to make that tough decision if you want to buy every juice on the shelf or just 1 or 6. Easily the best experience in town.

Since the abolishment of online sales (with the 2x price hike with MN tax) I shopped multiple times a several vape shops around the area. I can whole heartedly say that Imperial provides the best all around experience of them all. I had originally posted that they're "often sold out" of popular juices but they seem to be plenty stocked this last year. At the end of the day, though, you won't find a vape shop with employees that know their stuff better than these guys. They really know vape and are there to answer your questions. My last few experiences here have been so great it makes me not really miss online vape shopping as much as I had. The cats are a huge plus!

Each and every employee is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and willing to work with what your budget/needs are. I’ve never felt pressured to buy anything or shamed for asking questions. Their pricing is on point. Super affordable per bottle pricing before you get into all the deals and discounts that they offer. I have never once paid “full price” for an item at Imperial, their weekend happy hour is incredible from 6-8 Fri-Sun the entire store is 20% off. They’ve got other deals everyday too, and a rewards program. Their selection of liquids is top shelf. They carry some of the tastiest liquids that you will find in Minneapolis or St. Paul. Try the Pacha Mama line if you like fruity liquids. I have been a proud customer of Imperial Vapor for the last year and a half and every single time I enter their store I am reminded why I keep coming back. Do yourself a favor and start going there. Undeniably the best spot in the cities.

Employees are always helpful. They know how to help someone find something new. They help people get started with vaping and picking out the best set up. They also have a monthy subscription available for those who already know what they want. It is a very good deal in my opinion. Something like, $35 for 2 60ml and five coils of your choice. They also have more levels that are more expensive. It very easy going. And they have two cats.

I am so impressed with the Fantastic Service from Imperial. I was struggling with some rough news after a phone call, all the while I needed nicSalts. When I came in the store, (I believe Nate was the awesome guy's name) I was greeted and felt very welcome. I was informed of all the great choices of product (all premium and personally selected by informed employees who are consumers too). They have a tablet with extensive filter choices for your selection however I didn't even know they had that option until I had gone thru and selected and sampled many juices. I was so impressed with the personal and informative service I recieved, that it will be my main shop in the cities. I'm looking forward to Naked Nic Salts and Pacha Mama too.. I went into the store looking to buy a new tank. Because my current tank I have the bottom is stuck on it and that's where you take the coil off. Chad was very helpful and he attempted to take the bottom of of my old tank and he could not I ended up buying a new crown 4 tank a 4 pack of coils and a 60ML bottle of juice. The prices are very reasonable I will be going back here I highly recommend this store to anyone who vapes or who is starting to get into vaping
