my favorite shop. has the best prices for the most part. laidback staff, very helpful and answers all my questions. last time i came i wanted to do an exchange, and the woman was kind of condescending. i used the product, brought it back because i didn’t like it. i cleaned it before. she said used products couldn’t be exchanged, i totally understand but she just kept going. saying other people try to scam the shop and nobody would buy the product now and i should’ve never thought i can return it like this. then tried to convince me it was good..it wasn’t clear that it couldn’t be returned used when i bought it; i was told only that it has to have all the packaging it came with and my original receipt. i’ve seen other customers be rude to her before so i can understand her being defensive. but it was very off-putting.

This is a decent vape store. Staff is friendly and helpful, but less knowledgeable about coils, cartridges and base/mod units than is typical. The have a gigantic variety of juice flavors, as well as traditional tobacco products, CBD/delta-8/delta-10 flower or disposables, and pipes. Its a good bet if you know exactly what things you want/need, but if you are looking for guidance on vaping gear I'd go to a different store.

The customer service here is awesome, they recommend testing the disposable vapes before you leave in event it happens to be faulty; and if it is, they will replace it free of charge.

The best spot quite possible the whole of WI, what they don't have, which is rare, Jack and Amy and their whole crew will make sure to track it down and get for you at great prices. Everything charged and ready to go. 15/10 at the forefront of tech to so if you love gadgets this is the spot.

I typically go to other Tobacco & Vape stores that are closer to my area in downtown Milwaukee... But I definitely would rather come here because they always have everything I need or they’ll order it and they’re very knowledgeable about their products. They also are all really friendly & fast-acting! My experiences here has always been 5-stars.

Good prices. A decent variety of selections of vape and hookah items. Kind of rare that they run out of stock on some items. They also have a rewards for every 5 purchase of $30 and up you get a discount on your next purchase.

Initially I rated this place lower due to an employee who just was not helpful. But because it is very close to my house, it's very convenient. It would say that depending on who is working will determine what type of experience you're going to have. And it would be nice to have a better vape juice selection but that's not the end of the world.

Everytime I go to this shop, the owner, Jack, goes above and beyond to make sure all my questions or concerns are answered. He is personable and his staff is knowledgeable. It is a local business which is convenient, but my main reason for continuing to give my business here is the exceptional customer service it provides.

Great store, large selection of items for tobacco smoking and for vaping. The same guy is always working when I go there and he is very knowledgeable in the products they're selling. I had a lot of questions about vaping and he was very helpful. They have a lot of unique items if you need to buy a gift for a smoker. The cigarettes (at least the brand I smoke) were more expensive than some other places.

ladies who helped me out were very friendly and thorough! had trouble finding the right glass for my tank but they didnt quit and say "sorry we dont have it" instead said, we know we have it, it might just take a minute. I would come back but I live in Chicago so next time I'm out here, I surely will be stopping back in.

Good selection for liquids, but the prices are high compared to many online stores. I've purchased 5 coils that didn't last a day and they wouldn't replace them, even though they were clearly apart of a bad batch.

I feel blessed that this place is literally around the corner from my house. All of the staff are excellent, especially Justice and the owner Jack. Plus, they have a great variety Juul pod flavors and Juul compatible flavors. However, that's not the most impressive part. To demonstrate the level of customer service you get here, there was a Juul pod flavor they didn't have. A couple days ago, I asked Justice about it, and she passed on the request to Jack. Today, I went in to snag my usual flavor, Menthol Classic, and I came to find out that Jack has it on order and will be getting in my requested flavor on Tuesday. If that isn't the best customer service, what is? So, yes, I highly recommend this place a lot.
