I have driven past this store countless times and never stopped until last week. Smokies is now my preferred smoke shop! The woman who helped me knew all of the products so well and just by a short convo was able to help me pick out exactly what I needed and turned me onto some new flavors I may have never tried on my own. Their prices on my coils and e-juice are the best I have found in the area and their selection is great. The store is spotless and very well organized. I was made to feel like I had been a long time customer even though it was my first visit.

Love this store. One of the only place in Milwaukee that carried the brand "This" cigarettes. $5 a pack. And better than newports. OH AND THE GUY THAT RUNS THIS STORE IS SUCH A SWEET, DOWN TO EARTH, GUY. SOO SOO FRIENDLY AND NICE. I REALLY LOVE THIS STORE AND THEY HAVE SUCH A VARIETY OF STUFF FOR SMOKERS AND EVEN SOME NICE STUFF FOR PEOPLE THAT DON'T (I DON'T EVEN SMOKE BUT THEY GOT SOME AMAZIN SMELLING AIR FRESHNERS YOU CANNOT FIND ANYWHERE ELSE) LOVE LOVE LOVE IT

I love this Vape shop, they're always SO friendly, helpful, and above all else.. PROFESSIONAL! A lot of vape shops in the area seem to either be run-down, foreign owned, dumps, who only care about money, not Smokies! Their store is neat, clean, and we'll stocked, and the staff on duty is always extremely helpful, attentive, and nice. I especially like the HOT blond cougar who (I think) owns the place. She's probably twice my age, but man, ill tell you what.. she's a hot little tomato!

Hands down the best customer service in town. Not only do they have a great selection of e-juices, they have a decent selection of hardware, but they have them all, to your standard kits to rebuildable mech mods etc. I want to say again, large large selection of quality e-juice and the customer service is second to none that I've dealt with around the city.

I've been to many vape shops only to get screwed over..My daughter ttold me about Smokies. What an amazing place.I still have the very 1st e cigarette I purchased. And the ones Ive bought since then are over the top. Of course my favorite person is Sharon. More then once I've gone in there with so many (so I thought stupid questions)and she so gracefully took time to explain to me. I keep going back because I know from experience this place and the ones who run it will be honest and never steer you wrong. Sharon thanks for all you do....

For one I bought this really cool owl bong and it was cheap a lot of people thought I spent a lot of money on it and I love it and I have bought CBD bath bubble 1,400 mg wonderful stuff to just relax I use it in the daytime and night time my body feels so good and I feel like it's well worth my money than the other CBD bath bombs that are way overpriced and less milligrams 😏 the service there was wonderful they helped me out as much as they could I had no problems and the prices are beautiful nice and cheap and reasonable and the product is well worth it thank you

I want to give this place a 5 star part because they are the ONLY place in Milwaukee that carries one of my favorite juice flavors AND I want to try to counter act the 1star that a previous person posted because she/he couldn't get her $ back for a heavy used rolling machine. Smokies is NOT responsible for a machine after its been used. Its on the manufacturer to fix their product. That's common sense. Its one thing if it was damaged when you bought it. But after you use it for months, its not the sellers responsibility.. Anyway, good job by the owners to not give in to ignorance. 👍

Great selection of mods and tanks satisfy most vapers needs. They also sell classic tobacco products for those who still use them

wow ! Been to over a dozen vape shops, tried probably twice as many brands of eliquid,and nothing compares to Smokies. Best customer service ever. Had what I wanted and then some. Such a clean place, friendly ,and knowledgeable staff.
