Riah was awesome. The other woman was good too but I had very little interaction with her. Still very nice and she stayed present in case I had additional questions. Long story short-that is my first time talking with Riah and I can say she was awesome. I know you might ask “Well how can you say that based solely on your 5 minute experience?” Easy-I never NEVER was made to feel like a burden. She didn’t have her phone out while answering questions. That always makes a customer ask fewer questions which in turn leads them to leave the store without purchasing anything. I know because I’ve done that exact thin in the past. All-in-all my experience was great because Riah didn’t make me feel like an jerk for wanting to ask for information on the available products. I will continue shopping there because of this. Oh yeah and she was a cutie-pie😬(although I promise It had NOTHING to do with my review) Thank you for being an example of an employee with stellar work ethic. Thank you for your help🙏🏼🙌🏼🙂

This is an amazing place to buy vapes and juices. The ladies here were very patient and understanding to what I needed. I had no knowledge as to what to get and they took there time without pressuring me. Also I had to come back twice due to my error of not knowing things they fixed it and we're always pleasent.

I love this store! People are friendly and helpful and it’s clean and well stocked. One employee in particular, Ollie (sorry, no idea on spelling) is wonderful. When I go in and it’s really busy, I genuinely hope she’s who will help me. On a recent purchase, she took her time and explained how things worked that we didn’t know. She suggested good accessories that she was right, we would want. When we got home, it would have sucked if we didn’t buy her recommended accessories. I couldn’t love this store, or Ollie more!

I would like to thank the manager for standing behind what they sell. I had an issue with a piece leaking and they actually gave me the option to keep the old one and fix it as well as swap it for a new piece. I would like to apologize to them for my earlier review and let them know they have earned a loyal customer. I just move 4 minutes up the street and am happy to have them as a neighboring business. I have Been here a few times in the last month, I came in today with a very unusual problem. The unit I purchase had a very rare malfunction. Lol at first the associate was baffled and was apprehensive to an exchange. How ever the sales associate named SARAH was extremely professional, when going over the issues, she understood and exchanged the item. Cool ppl that standby their products. Will shop here againz.

Hi, I went in because I'm new to the area but this place was recommended by a friend and holy good sockets and socks the selection was fantastic, I went in and was immediately succumb to the selection and was talked through the different flavours and products that were on offer by Danielle, she was extremely helpful in letting me have control over the products that I wanted and was constant smiles the entire time!! 16/16 fantastic experience, I'll be going back here when I need to stock up again!

I did a 2 second search on google for a "vape shop near me", since we were only in town briefly & on our way to the airport. We literally had no time to dilly-dally. And it was pretty early in the day ~ between 8-9am ~ I honestly didn't think I would find one that was open. But I was wrong! Smoker's Haven opens at 8am EVERY day & was less than a mile from the gas station we were at. The clerk was enormously helpful, and even told us about the "buy 3 bottles of e-juice & get 10% off", so if course we did that (we had to buy 2 anyway, and it's not like a 3rd one is going to go to waste!). I also glanced at the other reviews before deciding on this place and saw the numerous five star ratings -- that certainly helped make me feel comfortable about going to a place I'd never been to before. I highly recommend this to anyone who lives in the area or anyone visiting and needs vape supplies!

My entire family goes to this store, often. The girls (Marina, Taylor & Rachel) are ALWAYS super friendly, very helpful and honest. They have helped us tremendously as we have all just started vaping a few months ago. My mother quit smoking 10 weeks ago thanks to the advice and help from these girls! We wouldn't have even known where to start, and now, we are happy and content. Best e-juices, reasonably priced, and excellent customer service! Highly recommended.

the stock of glass items here can vary WIDELY from week to week, but it definitely has the biggest selection in the city. I came in once and it seemed like there were only $100+ pieces in the cases...I left empty-handed that day, but came back about a week later and there was a selection of reasonably priced and mid-range glass! So, can definitely be hit-or-miss but you'll find what you need in your price range if you can wait for it.

The amount of effort they just put into getting my coil separated from my tank is absolutely hands down the best service I ever received. It took 45 minuets to get the tank separated from the coil but they never gave up. I called in this morning super frustrated, and had been trying to separate my coil and tank for like 12 hours at that point. I was adamant about breaking my tank to get the coil unstuck. They talked me off my ledge and asked me to bring it in. So I did. They laughed at my stupid jokes about the situation and sympathized with my frustrations. It took 2 Alan wrenches, a hammer, a bent screw driver, pliers and all the patience and effort one can apply but they ultimately got it unstuck. I complained my carpal tunnel made it very hard to get the coils un-twisted so they reccommended me a new tank that had a “push-in” option so I wouldn’t have to struggle like this again. I bought the tank. I’m so happy with all my experiences here. They’ve been kind and patient with me every step of the way and always politely laugh at my horrible jokes. I wish I knew their names, the girl had glasses and long brown hair and the gentleman was taller with buzzed hair. Thank you guys, and Cheesy too for always helping me when he’s there.

Ive been to quite a few different vape shops, but going to Smokers Haven was by far THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE! The staff are UNBELIEVABLE! Very knowledgeable, super helpful, and 2illing togo above and beyond! I walked in at 9:45pm on a week night they had three or four other ppl in the store but they were still110% willing to help me even though they were getting ready to close! Probably one of the better vape stores in New Hampshire, Smoker's Haven, located on the South Willow, has just about everything one could think of needing - whether vaping, or looking for exquisite glassware. I do love the fact that they're open from the same time, and close at the same time, 7 days per week. This has made it easy to plan my stops around my existing schedule. Additionally, the employees are knowledgeable, and friendly, and have never failed to steer me in the right direction. It's easy to give Smokers Haven, in Manchester New Hampshire five stars, and that's why they're one of my favorite vape stores.

I’ve been working in quitting cigarettes and need to change the flavor of my elf bars constantly to keep my interest in them vs cigarettes. I’ve definitely bought a few that I didn’t like, but every time I’ve gone in here and asked Chip about flavors he’s been on point with them. Great advice from an attentive employee.
