My buddy and I visited on a trip from Australia. Really nice space, great range of cigars and very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Visiting LA for a week, saw lots of mentions on Reddit recommending this spot & King’s, decided to take a chance and go out of my way to visit. Selection - Decent Though not the biggest, baddest, or best selection, they do have a decent sized humidor carrying the lots of Tatuaje (one of the brands I was looking to try) along with other brands Staff (Kevin) - Amazing Welcoming, friendly & knowledgeable with zero sales pressure, got to know what your experience has been so far, your preferences (taste, strength, size, price…etc), and if anything specific your looking for before starting his recommendations. Picked 3 out of the 5-6 he recommended over 2 visits, smoked one there, and he threw in an additional one in on his tab!? Simply wow! Ambience - Chill with flies Good environment with comfortable sitting, minimal noise, though there were some flies buzzing around, landing on my cigar a few times making it a slightly unpleasant experience, bug lamp may be a solution. Pricing - Decent Only had the chance to visit 3 other shops before this one, so not the best of comparison, overall prices were around the same as other shops, given the location and selection I’d say it’s a plus. Mainly as a Canadian, after price +10% tax + 30% exchange, it ends up being similar, if not more expensive than buying from Canadian website.

Great selection between boutique cigars and top brands. Lounge is a nice place to relax, with an interesting melting pot of people. Kyle, Eugene, and Taz, are great guys and give the place a connected energy.

The owner Taz is extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. Atmosphere is boutique, classy, sophisticated and intimate. Great selection! Will be returning here ASAP! Love this place!

Adam was awesome with his knowledge of cigars. Great place to smoke for sure. Parking is a bit of a problem. Only a couple of places in the back of the shop. Prices are a bit on the high side, due to the fact of the California taxes. Park on the street and make sure the meter doesn't run out after two hours. Cozy place with limited seating as you can see in the pictures. Ask about their custom blend cigars as well. Lots of choices in the humidor so if you're not sure then ask them for help with your cigar choices.

This place is exactly what a person would want from a cigar shop. They have a wide variety of cigars, with an assortment of flavor, size, and country of origin. They are well informed about their products, so it's a great shop for both the first time buyer and experienced smoker. The staff is very helpful and eager to assist you in finding exactly what you're looking for whether a present for a business partner or holiday gifts they will work in your price range to help you find what you're looking for. They have a lounge which is very comfortable and inviting. Great to just relax in peace, or to meet new people and enjoy new friends. Everyone is welcomed and it's always a joy to shop there.

Simply one of the finest shops in the country. The selection is wide and deep; there are no palates this shop can't satisfy. The staff are knowledgable and courteous. The shop and humidor are well-run and clean, the art and ambiance welcoming and most big sporting events draw a large crowd. The one thing that truly sets this shop apart is the clientele and regulars. People from every walk of life are welcome and welcoming at the V. Conversations range from what you're smoking to who won which game and who actually deserved to. From time to time you will get a real and deep conversation. Good people and this is all thanks to Taz, the owner and his family. First rate. Go. You'll never be happier.

My most favorite cigar lounge in Southern California . Very nice hospitable and warm atmosphere . A place to relax and have a cigar. Very knowledgable about cigars and Adam and Derrek make appropriate suggestions if you aren't sure about what you want to smoke . Highly recommend !

Walking from Fred Segal, I stumbled upon this place by accident. Best thing of the day!! I met the owner and he explained his approach to the selection in the humidor. I was blown away by the selection of small production hand rolled cigar producers. It was a treasure of great curated cigars all unknown to me and a great sommelier to guide you. For sure it’s a must stop in LA for cigar lovers.

They carry premium sticks. Knowledgeable about the brands, which is what I like to experience when I go to a cigar lounge. I can't stand the generic, " great choice, pair it with a cognac". I just shake my head, knowing I'll never be back to that establishment. Didn't get that at The V Cut cigar lounge.

This is my new spot in LA. My man Derek gave me a great rundown of the cigar selection and the one I smoked was everything he said it would be. I went alone but I ended up having a 2 hour conversation with a group of guys that were there and we had a great time. Whenever I'm in LA I'll be sure to stop in and grab a smoke with Derek and the rest if the patrons.
