Not your average smoke/vape shop. Largest selection of juices and devices. They even have hookas and CBD products. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Great prices too. Definitely my go to place from now on.

Was looking for heylo’s, and saw on their website that Hughies (the liquor store in the same shopping center) sold them. I went and they didn’t have them, so I figured, why not check this place out. I’m so glad I did - they have a great selection of everything, and a TV and some stools that looks like a bar without all the liquor. Looks like a great place to buy a vape, sit down, and unwind

This is the best vape shop in LA. Period. I’ve been a customer for many years and the staff is the most knowledgeable I’ve ever experienced. Plus, you can trust them! You’ll never go home with the wrong thing, (but if you do they’ll exchange it np) and the products they sell are safe and proper quality. I moved away from the valley 2 years ago, and I still make the long drive up to see them every time I run out of juice or pods. I tried to find a closer store a couple times, but they all suck compared to Studio City. Staff who can’t answer basic questions, poor selection, cheaply made products from shady companies, & massive markups set by people who are clearly in business to exploit whoever they can for quick cash. Sadly, shops like that are extremely common, but Studio City Vapor is the complete opposite! Can’t recommend them enough!! Which is why it breaks my heart to hear they’re temporarily closed. I was afraid Covid might’ve hurt their business, but they’ve stayed open! Until now… Hope all is well Studio City Vapor! Looking forward to seeing you soon! (of course this is the week my Novo broke…)

Very helpful-plus an awesome selection I usually have to order online but this place has all the goods-including premium vape juices they let you sample-cant get much better-prices are fair- and it's in the hood! So happy I found this spot. Awesome staff always helpful and kind. Great atmosphere as well great selection of vapes devices for decent prices not overpriced.

Came here looking to replace my mod battery which had crapped out and recieved amazing service. Matt was super patient and very helpful with all my novice questions about the models. Ended up getting extra juice bottles here as well simply because the atmosphere was so inviting with excellent stock. (This was after coming from a rather unpleasant experience at a different place where a merchant simply tried to force an open box sell on me at full price.) If you want a vape shop that truly knows what they are doing with their customers, go here.

Best customer service experience from studio city vapor, they have knowledgeable and professional staff with friendly personalities and are stocked with such a wide variety of juice and equipment with a reasonable price range so you'll always find something you can afford. If they happen to not have something you need they'll order it in for you or steer you someplace you can get it. Love, love, love this place.

Love this place. I forgot his name but he stands out, because he has a long well groomed beard. He knows the products, very welcoming and so sweet. The place is well organized and prices are fairly good. I love their CBD body creams for pain & relief. Great store!

As far as variety and selection no other vape shop has this one beat. But be prepared to pay a solid amount. They do match competition though so it's a great spot to fill back up on your juice.

Please read this review. I am not a smoker neither maybe April guide therefore I have no experience with these type of products. As soon as I came in the employee make sure to greet me and walk me through the process of looking for what I need, so this was a present he asked me a few questions about the person who I am gifting the present to. seems like a pricing was very fair and the place was clean and felt very good to shop there. Would definitely recommend.

They have always been super helpful and friendly here. You tell them what your needs are and they help you out without trying to upsell you. Great deals for loyal customers. In the last 6 months or so, their selection has been bad. Other stores have no problem getting my favorite juice, but they keep citing their distributor when they say they have no stock.

The shop is located in the shipping center at the Northwest corner of Magnolia and Laurel Canyon. Vast variety of e-liquid choices. Prices are OK, but not the lowest. Definitely convenient for a quick pick up. Very long hours of operation, which is good and better than most of the competition. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

These guys are great located in Valley Village CA. I just made the move to Hollywood so I can’t get to the vape shop so easily anymore, so Matt sat on the phone with me trying to get my battery to get out of it’s “permanent lock mode.” So if the circumstance are valid they will help in any way they can. And the place is decorated like a tavern compleat with a real bar! It’s Too cool, Check it out!

This is my spot for juice. Customer service is great. Everyone is always so nice and they're honestly patient and gives their best to help you find the juice you like or vape mods, tanks ect.. Big variety of juices. They are now also carrying CBD, bongs all that good stuff ect.. One reason why I like this place is because they give you points. I've collected my points to where I got a free 100ml juice. Discounts for new batteries ect.. I believe they have changed up some of the rewards rules for points but they are still great. I say it's still better than other vape stores that don't give out points to earn for giveaways. 😊👌👍 It's a juice bar so yes there are stools for you to sit on. They carry some juices in 12mg of nicotine just in case for those who looks for 12mg of nicotine and can't find it anywhere. Parking can be a hassle. There's a bank of America in the same Plaza with other stores, so cars are always coming and going.

I'm from Philadelphia, I come to Van Nuys once a year to see my son/daughter in law. While I was here 3 years ago I Google this Vape shop that was close to there home. The customer service was great and the selection of juices was also great. Every time I come to Van Nuys I make sure I stop to see these guys. If you want a great selection and great prices go see these folks. UPDATE: 6/29/17 - I'm in town and will be visiting them while I'm here!
