Woah, I walked in not knowing anything just that I wanted to be off cigarettes, and the lady who helped me was so kind. She educated me on what I needed to know and recommended the best product for me. Honestly the best customer service I've experienced. Usually the people running Vape shops are douche bags and act annoyed if you ask questions. She was so informative! Also there is an extremely cute pitbull puppy there so that helped the vibe. Really happy with my experience.

I went to Magic Vape House since it was close by and open late. I called them earlier and the lady who picked up was very friendly. They are dog friendly, cool vibes, very helpful. Great merchandise with reasonable prices for vapes, mods, batteries, chargers, variety of juices with various flavors and levels. I was very impressed that I walked in and out with a new full vape kit and juice for under $60.

Bought the kangertech ekit from this new store. Owner is great, very patient, let me try many samples of eliquid, did not even rush me. Gave me a good price. Even offered me tea at this cold weather! Superb service and great price! Even told me to check in Yelp, which I def will. Got their 10% for next purchase! Hooray!

The women that works in there who seems like the boss is amazing. She has never given me a wrong cartridge or glass replacement. She knows the Vaporizers. Shes smart and good at that. I hope they make it. It's the best vape store I've been too. They dont make their own juice or anything but they carry good juice and if you like something in particular they have it for you next time you go. They are really nice and the women who runs the place is on the ball. Love their pibble! Shes so sweet!

Owner is really friendly, explained to me about the different usage of e-cigaraettes. Was not even pushing me to buy their products. Went today with my friend as we realized their products are so much cheaper than other stores in Santa Monica. Did not want to spend that much since I am just a beginner. Got the kangertech starter kit. Owner was really nice and even gave us 10% discount.

These guys are legit. The guy on the counter suggested me the best mod for intermediate vapers and Im very happy with my new mod. Very resonable price too. They accept cash and credit cards. Highly recommend. And the customer service is extraordinary!
