Birthday weekend for my husband and we Google local cigar shops in the area. This place is a jewel. Excellent customer service and excellent cigar suggestions. We tried some new sticks and they were exactly what he said they would be. Very knowledgeable. The place is very ventilated and the temp is very cool. I tend to get hot smoking, and today I was cucumber cool. We will be back for sure. Great job!!!!

I have been to other cigar lounges but this place just feels more like home. The staff is always friendly and the patrons make you feel like your one of the bunch even if you have never met them before.

Walk in humidor is tight(as in can barely turn around in there) good selection, lounge is poorly ventilated and small. Tried my best to enjoy a stick I had just purchased; but with a few other gentleman in there doing the same, my eyes were burning in minutes.

This is THE place for cigars in Little Rock. I drive up from south of Pine Bluff not only for the sticks but the atmosphere. It's always laid back with no pressure. The staff is awesome. The first visit has had me coming back on a regular basis. Very knowledgeable and even engaged my wife in the conversation about the different cigars and how they pallet.Doug and I share similar tastes and has never disappointed me with a new selection when I'm not getting my go to Camacho. The customers are friendly which in any shopping environment is rare nowadays. There is something for everyone at West End, from the novice smoker to the seasoned vet. Stop by and enjoy a stick or just talk to the guys.

This was my second trip to West End Cigar and I plan on going back next month. I gave them 5 stars because, you walk into a nice lounge area with a greeting from those that work there ( that alone separates them from a lot of other stores that you may go into today ) and there inventory was on a level that will satisfy someone new to cigars, to the veteran smokers. If you have a question about a product just ask them. I can only hope that this will help someone that wants to enjoy a premium cigar find there way to a premium class store.

This place is amazing! The staff is even better! My young son and I went in for a Father’s Day gift not knowing anything. They treated both of us with lots of respect, talked to my son like he was an adult and helped us pick the best cigar for my husband! In and out in less than 10 min! Thank you!!!

I had to wait to leave the area before writing this review. These guys go so far above and beyond any other cigar shop I've been to that I'm truly saddened to leave it. The entire staff is friendly and inviting, the shop feels like a home away from home and even the other customers are great!! I enjoyed my time with them and can't wait to get back to the area to come back in.

I’ve been to every cigar lounge/bar in LR and each one of them are good places to enjoy a cigar! West End Cigars is my go to lounge, my home away from home! Unlike some lounges that try to force you to adjust your palate to their inventory, West End Cigars adjusts their inventory to their customers palate! For that I say thank you! Nice layout and decent selection considering they're new. I really like his events and setup with chairs, sofa, and drinks. Definitely going here as much as I can. Owner is very knowledgeable and helped me pick out some alternate cigars based on my taste.

I was very pleased with my visit here. It's a well-maintained cigar shop. However they aren't too fond of newbie smokers I noticed, but that's okay, they are nice enough to help if you ask them. They also offer a place to sit down and enjoy a smoke, I enjoy places like that.

This place offers a comfortable friendly place to have a great cigar and meet some new friends. The only negative is that when you have 15 people smoking cigars at one time it gets a little Smokey. But the air system clears it out fairly quickly.

First time I've been. I've been out of the cigar world for awhile. The place was packed and I was able to walk right up to the counter and get one on one help picking out cigars to my taste and for as well as for a friend. Very knowledgeable gentleman at the counter. Good selection as well!

This shop is awesome, the staff is awesome and the environment is, you guessed it, awesome. Great people coupled with a great selection makes West End Cigars a must visit.

Easily one of the best places to buy a cigar in LR. I wish we had more legitimate cigar stores in central AR, but West End is usually worth the 45 minute drive for me. I would recommend this place to anybody that truly enjoys stogies. Pros: A knowledgeable and friendly staff, a welcoming environment, and a decent selection of big names in a well kept walk-in humidor. Best Padron and Perdomo selection I have seen anywhere, period. They seem to always have deals on Perdomo, such as buy 5 get 1 free. They have frequent events which I hope to check out at some point. Good hours, too. Cons: AR tax on cigars is quite high. If you are looking for any Steve Saka, and several other smaller manufacturers, look elsewhere. Their LFD selection seemed limited to about 3 boxes, but none of the really good lines. I didn’t find most of the signature cigars I was looking for, such as the nicer Ashton, LFD, any Steve Saka, OpusX, etc. Lastly, this is one of the poorest ventilated shops I have ever visited, and that includes cigar lounges across the states. For some reason, every time I go in there just to buy some, I come out smelling far, far worse than if I had smoked 3 cigars in a row in my own house. I can’t explain it, and that may not be significant to the average person, but I am sure some people will appreciate that knowledge.

Staff was more than friendly and happy to explain to novice cigar connoisseur such as myself very simply some of the basics attributes to consider when purchasing a cigar...
