For the most part it's a good shop and I want to put 5 stars but they tax heavily on vape juice, a 60ml bottle that every other store sells for $16 is $20 plus some $4 juice tax that nobody else seems to have? Idk but they definitely charge too much for vape juice and I'd stick to only buying other smoking accessories here

The staff was absolutely amazing, i only had $100 bills and 5 $1.00 bills, my total was $5.00 and some change the girl that helped me gave me the change i needed and i was so impressed by her willingness to help me. You don't find those qualities much anymore. Also their knowledge of the products they sell was amazing they were great at answering all of our questions. Their friendliness their knowledge the store was spotless, i was just so impressed. It's a shame more business's do not have a staff as great as this shop. I will definitely recommend the shop and i will definitely return, you don't mind spending the money when your are treated so well. My friend spent quit abit of money and she said the samething. Keep up the great work and thank you for having a staff that truly enjoys their jobs.

Went to The Den Indy a few hours ago. Almost went somewhere else thinking prices here would be higher. But I figured since they're only 6 blocks away from me, it was worth a shot. I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted with a smile by a super friendly employee, I should've asked her name so I could give her a shout out here. She showed me where the Mr Fog Max Pros I asked about were, and mentioned a few other options. The prices were exactly what I would've paid at shops further away from downtown, 2 for $35. Glad I checked this place out! This will be my go to vape shop from now on.

By far one of the best interactions I’ve had in a vape shop. They are super friendly and are patient with beginner vapers. Been looking for a great pod system and Thomas and Rebecca answered all my questions I had to ask. Wonderfull service would highly recommend buying your next vape from here. Nice shop with all the essentials and the owner is super nice and easy going. You may stop in and not see something you need but take a moment to show the owner what you were looking for and help him expand his inventory. I was looking for a specific bubble fixture for my water pipe. He didn't have any but I showed him what I needed and he's going to order them in the future so they should be in stock. Vapes, Torches, Butane, CBD; glass water pipe and handhelds, large selection of vape flavors. Sure to be something you need or want. .

If you are a seasoned vaper, please give this place time to hear our advice and education because the staff is willing to take note and understand what it takes to run a successful shop. I walked in for the first time and bought a bottle of chrystal distribution Mr. Salt-E strawberry funnel cake 45mg. 30ml. Not only have us vapers NOT heard of a suction droplet bottle of salt nic, not only have we ever heard of a bottle of 45mg being marketed on the front line, we have never walked into a shop where they didn’t carry pods for the caliburn; and not only that, never even had knowledge of what a caliburn was let alone the pods. However, with that being said, the staff was 100% willing to listen and take note of what I was telling them. This is incredible and very much appreciated because most shops would say no and try to sell you a new device. Even though I was asked multiple times to take a look at other devices, I still have enough sense to know that they are new and just doing what they know to do. This is a great location, and the staff is awesome, however I would warn any seasoned vaper to be patient with this shop because they are in the dark when it comes to our wants, needs and decisions. The bottle of strawberry funnel cake that I purchased was a 100% terrible purchase. But, we can’t blame this shop for that because it is not the shops fault. Just know, if you are a vaper, do NOT even think about grabbing any other bottle of salt nic unless it’s juice head (which is the only line this shop carries ATM that keeps you happy) and it’s a safe and satisfying purchase. My advice to this shop is to hire super knowledgeable people and this will help with the inventory, demands, wants, needs and desires or exploring new flavors. I made a stupid purchase buying a bottle of nic salt because I wanted to support this shop, but in the end, the staff apologized and made me a deal on a bottle of juice head. This shop is awesome, but they have a lot of work ahead of them if they want to continue to make people happy. Very happy with this shop, but just waiting for them to educate themselves on the criteria of what makes or breaks their business when it comes to people who vape and have certain needs. 🔥🤟 UPDATE AS OF JULY 16, 2020: Came into the shop July 15th, and was looking to see if my order of caliburn pods had come in?! Max was there and he apologized for not having them in yet, and he told me that they would hopefully be in soon!! With me being a person who loves to support businesses, I randomly bought a Mi Pod Kit with some juice head salt nic. Max was extremely professional and super nice! Max is so dope and fun to be around; I recommend everybody go in and work with him. These guys always let me go behind the counter to get a close look at what juice I am getting, and that is so much appreciated, because most shops will not allow anybody to check out the flavors first hand. Big shout out to this shop and Max!!! You rock buddy!! Also, I’m glad to have been able to help give you the top pod systems that we vapers want and need. I told him about the quest pod, the caliburn and the surion products.... Max took notes and pictures of everything and he said it might be carried soon!! Hold on tight vape friends, this shop will soon be whipped into shape and they will also carry better juice soon!!! Thanks again so much to Max!!!! You are amazing man, and I appreciate you!!! Thanks for all you do.
