I should 1st start with this, I am a vape smoker and I have been for years with 0 nicotine I can tell you I really, really enjoy my vape and the flavor I use. The last E-cig I got has been my all time favorite. When after about 2 plus years last year's it would no longer take a charge. When I went shopping for a new one, it was really a replacement I was looking for because I had parts for my model (SMOK RPM2) I was not having much luck finding a replacement, but when I contacted Sid at Memorial Smoke & Vape, He told me he would search for me and if he couldn't find it he would trade in any parts that I have on the 2 model with with the same on the RPM4. Well he did find RPM2 Model, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Sid. You have a forever customer in me.

I’ve been looking for a good deal on glass pipes for over a year now and they had a fine collection of pipes. There I found a one of a kind glass pipe with everything I was looking for. The manager was so cool and gave me a sweet deal on the nicest pipe I own. They had positive energy and were very attentive. They took their time with me and let me listen to any song I wanted, it was awesome! They do car and motorcycle sound system installation too. Do yourself a favor and skip that Katy traffic and check out this little gem of a smoke shop.

Sam provided great service. I came in for the first time as I dont usually shop for for these type of products in this area. I came in looking for a standard battery for my cartridges and I explained that I personally preferred Ooze brand since it's the only brand that hasn't died on me yet. I do wish they had a bit more selection for that brand but I'm still happy with my selection. Hopefully this device will last a good while :) I also got a CBD lollipop, which I've never tried so we'll see how that goes. Sam was friendly and not pushy at all. I will be coming back for sure.

I've been here twice now and out of the 4 smoke shops near me this is the only one I will go to. In fact I pass up 2 shops just to get to this one. Not only is the pricing affordable but they always give me a deal. Way better than Hawaii or vape express. This is my absolute favorite smoke shop, each vape i've owned has come from here and they have a really great selection of juices. Cheap disposable vape devices and even juul pods that aren't mint or menthol. Their glass pieces are super cute and not pricey. The owner is very nice and will answer any questions you have and will even show you new products that you might've not heard about before, this is really the only smoke shop i go to anymore!

Amazing place. My girlfriend and I had recently gotten into CBD to pursue a legal and less harmful relaxation habit, and were on the verge of scouring the whole town for the best prices but I found Memorial Smoke by accident one day. The owners have a car stereo business next door and me and my gf were getting our system checked out while lo and behold, like a magic portal, a door inside the establishment opened up to next doors establishment which happened to be MS&V. I have never been more crazy and stoked to be inside a smoke shop (what a time to be alive). Inside you will find a selection of all your favorite herbal smoke devices like glass, ceramic, vapes, and hookas. As well as a wide variety of legal delicacies like Kratom packs, CBD flower, and even Whip-its which is by standards one of theire most novelty items. I definitely recommend Memorial S&V because I truly believe it has something for everyone. I loved the store. Thanks to the owners for their amazing business.
