This was my first time here, but not the last.. Absolutely the best customer service, and huge selection of products. Did I mention the customer service? I think I spent 1 & 1/2 hours in there and asked a million questions, and every one was answered with the same enthusiasm and broad knowledge base of every product. John even set up both my new vapes for me before leaving.. Impressive. I give them 💯⭐'s. My new vape store! 😗💨

Okay, so this place is amazing and I've been an avid customer for a little over a year now. ESmoke Vapors has many varieties and if they don't have what you are looking for, or they are out of stock on the product you want, they will go out of their way to help you get what you need. They offer military discounts and they also have a loyalty program that I've been a part of for a few months, and I have over 30$ saved that can be used towards all products in the store. Everyone in the store is helpful and very knowledgeable. I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to go here and no where else!!

We love going in to get new flavors! They have the friendliest staff! John, Erin, and Cassie are amazing. They take their time and help you find exactly what you want and never oversell things. You do not feel rushed ever. My sister in law even drives from Louisiana to shop here as well!

Stopped by because it was the first vape shop I saw while looking for one and was absolutely blown away by the customer service from the moment I stepped into the store! The attentiveness & knowledge was like no other. I’m new to vaping and I had a ton of questions which were all answered with the same enthusiasm as the initial greeting! These guys have definitely created a return customer! I did not feel pressured to buy but I WANTED to buy just because I was treated amazing, well educated and helped! Definitely well deserving of the 5 ⭐️ rating they have!!!!
