Great place with a great staff. If you are looking for quality pieces, this is the place to go and browse. They have a great variety of whatever it is you might need in the department of which they sell ;) They also have great tools and extras that you may want or need. Overall my favorite shop, but also be prepared to spend a little more. It's great quality and variety and I have been here several times with friends (because I suggested it) and by myself. So if you are in need, stop in!

Great selection, wonderful quality, and fantastic serves these are the best ways to describe my experience with twisted monkey. I have been there many times and bought many things. I am aways greeted when I walk in the door and always find what I’m looking for. I have never regretted shopping at twisted monkey nor regretted a purchase they carry hi quality glass and other products. Yet are also very knowledgeable if you have any questions. I only shop at twisted monkey for my 4/20 accessory related needs best shop for it in Grand Rapids for sure.

This was an EXCELLENT experience. I was visiting the area and looking for Kratom. I have anxiety and needed kratom. Brian, the person who helped me, didn't have exactly what I was looking for in stock, and my money was a little tight, so he got out his free samples and without hesitation gave me more than enough to help me out. The quality of the kratom was excellent, and in fact it gave me a chance to try a new strain that actually REALLY helped me. His generosity and eagerness to help me is exactly the kind of thing I look for when I give places my business. I hope this story will bring in some more business for them because I really appreciated my experience there! A++++

I have been in the Twisted Monkey and for a "head shop" they were very professional!! I do have to say that Jess is quite the sales woman!!! She knows her stuff!!! If you have any questions ask either her or Brian with the dreads. They are very knowledgeable about their products and sell you what you need and they don't try to sell you something way above your head.

Staff is super informative and smart when it comes to pieces. They don't hesitate to pass thier knowledge on and explain why this is a better hit piece or less chamce of clogging tips ect. and not to mention amazing patient with me and all the probably dumb questions that I tend to have on. Not to mention they give a discount to Med Card holders, and those with a clCollege ID. And their prices are so reasonable. I would say for the HOGH quality of product they are very inexpensive compared to a few other head shops in our area.... Love you Guys...
