Perfectly put together. I went to Rise on Fulton and MI looking for a new vape and ended up leaving happier than i thought. Katie helped me in finding the Hyde (after spending way too much on the breeze pro’s) and it has been the best decision i’ve made in a second. Highly recommend this location, the staff is ALWAYS so nice and helpful, especially Katie. She helped so much and didn’t mind my questions. I will definitely be back, regularly.

This place is awesome and has just about everything. Literally wasn’t expecting to walk into a dim environment with black lights, but it was sweet. I love the design and color scheme. The atmosphere is comforting and when the tenders explain things they brighten it up so you can see. The tenders are very knowledgeable. I tend to be a nussiance and ask a ton of questions but one of the tenders all about it. Merrick, the tender that assist me, was very knowledgeable and when he didn’t know something he asked for a minute, looked it up and gave me the answer. Of course I’ll come here again and suggest it to others. It’s a nice little shop! Plus where are you going to find good service like this. I appreciate this place and most it’s employee who is willing to answer all my questions and show me everything!

Great business! Awesome spot with a solid selection. The girl working was beautiful and kind and knew what was up. I went in looking for a specific rolling paper and the owner happened to have my brand in his order by mistake. He went out of his way to add the papers into his inventory and said he will keep them in stock. If that’s not 5stars I don’t know what is.

Love this place already and I just discovered it a few days ago. It's a shop that's currently in progress with reorganization however it looks better every time I go in. Staff is really nice and helpful and will do everything in their power to get you the product you want. Decent location too, not too far from downtown or Eastown. Very fair prices as well and glassware is beautiful. Would recommend 10/10.

Just came to this location for the first time, maybe a week ago. Has a handful of awesome products. It was 30 minutes before closing, and normally I'm not "That Guy", but I came in to pick up something for a buddy. One of the guys looked at me in a slightly annoyed manner, which, again, I get, but, I would much rather you tell me that you are closed rather than give the stink eye. . . The cashier was the exact opposite of what I assume was his coworker. He was nice and greeted me when I came in. I asked for what I was there for, he got it for me, done deal, easy transaction. They were already counting down the drawer, and I had to use my card and go elsewhere to break the bill my buddy gave me for me as well as change, but oh well. I asked if they had any electronic hookah heads. Apparently they had just sold the last one, and didn't plan on ordering another one, Unless, "I came in for repeat business and kept asking for one." ?? I was confused by this statement, and asked if I could just put money down and they order it, but, it didn't work like that. I said my goodbyes, and nodded to the guy on the side who was sorta glaring at me still, and still no response. I'm not sure if it was because I came in 30 minutes before closing, if they were having a bad day, or that's just how the guy is, buuuut, not sure if I wanna repeat business. . . This place is just down the road from me, and I will probably continue my business elsewhere further from here.

Been coming here for a couple years, and have gad nothing but an overall shopping experience everytime. Never have to deal with a constant barrage of “do you need help with anything”. I’m able to actually walk around the store without feeling i’m being followed. Huge variety of products as well.
