The staff are so friendly and educated and will talk you threw any questions you have. I love their e-liquid and I feel like it last longer and is smoother than a lot of other brands. They have great deals all the time and a wide variety of e-liquid flavors! I highly recommend checking them out.

Phenomenal!!! Ordered for first time from them. They said their juices require steeping so I knew they would arrive clear and fresh. Received Jade Garden, Blue Voodoo, and Neptune in 3 days and all are stamped with "creation" date and arrived as expected with clear color. As a surprise, I also received a sample juice that was stamped for 2 weeks prior, so I can vape on this while my other juices are preparing!!! Can't say enough about these guys now. Will always order from them

Great experience! The staff was so helpful and friendly. Walked me threw everything as someone completely new to vaping, they hooked me up! Taught me about the different liquids, mods, and tanks. They offer a military discount on top of the holiday discount. I highly recommend coming her for all your vapeing needs.

I've frequented Mr. E's for over a year now and I gotta say that I have no regrets in who I picked to help me stay away from cigarettes. The staff are kind and are very knowledgeable. By the first month they remembered my name/face and always give me a nice greeting whenever I arrive. I feel welcome there and they have no qualms with listening to my "had a long day at work/training" banter while I'm waiting for my order. The prices are reasonable too. I can buy some juice from a gas station somewhere priced at $8 + tax but it tastes like garbage and the bottles are always tiny. Mr. E's is way more bang for your buck. Nobody else makes the amazing flavor of "Vape Nectar" either so I don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon.

One of the few shops that still mix in house, which allows you to get the exact amount of flavor and nicotine you want. Fair prices. Once an employee just sat there on her phone and didnt acknowledge me for a few minutes then a manager walked in and immediately made sure I got what I wanted and was very attentive. Been coming here since their.doors were opened. Couldn't be happier. We can order online and have it sent directly to us so we can avoid the 45 minute drive there. The juices are the best we've seen, tasted, investigated. Hardware is always cheaper online (unfortunately) but you really need to buy everything at one place.

I came upon this company through a Google search while looking for a bubble gum flavor e liquid. I saw the rave reviews and decided to order a small bottle. I put my order in and I decided to add a sample liquid for a very small fee. My order was of very good quality and prices you can't beat; my order also came with a tracking number straight to my email as soon as it was shipped. I love the sample I got (which was a suprise flavor) the flavor was called Pluto. I had a few questions I also got a bit lost trying to navigate the site (no fault of theirs, the site is great) I called and spoke with a very knowledgeable and friendly person who helped me figure out everything I needed and he truly made me feel very comfortable (my call was a bit lengthy as i figured stuff out) I have had the best possible experience with this company and I recommend it highly! Low prices, amazing quality products, low prices and of course the employees! I'm in Nebraska and we have vape shops, I just wanted a specific flavor and on a whim I found this company through Google. I wish we had this company here lol they'd be excellent competition. Amazing juice!!!! Best in the state! Staff can be a little fake and overwhelming. Seems less like they want to help and more like they want you to walk out with a 100 dollar rig. Hunter is the only one whose never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. But like i said best juice in the state!!!! Cant help employees personalities i get that.

Great vape shop, very shocked that I've never heard of them before. Probably because I usually shop for vape supplies in Kalamazoo, which Mister-E doesn't have a location near. There's not many vape shops that make their own juice on the spot. That is something that definitely makes this shop stand above the rest. Their selection of flavors, nicotine level & prices are what make this place my new go-to location whenever I'm in Grand Rapids.

prices are usually a touch higher than normal, but evens out when you don't have to pay shipping. good assortment, a few authentic devices. staff is reasonably well informed considering the incredible pace of the ecig market, always friendly!

It's my favorite place to buy liquid. I like their rewards program; I like they have parking. The prices are fair, and the staff will give your suggestions. It just seems nice in there. And I also like that I don't feel like I'm walking into hot boxed car whenever I go inside. I'm not trying to walk through fog like I'm in a horror movie. I didn't know how much I appreciate that until I went to a different store, and I was greeted by the smoke monster from Lost and four underfed 21 year old aspiring DJs in Monster energy drinks hats.

I've been coming to Mister E's for over two year's now , I started out going to the location on Division Ave. Kentwood MI . And have always been greeted with a hello & friendly smile & great service , And they truly have a awesome place & people & Juice & Vaping equipment , And I've only had a few issue's in the whole time that I've been coming there , And when I did , they took care of me right away & in a professional & over the top manner , And at that location is where I met a really awesome employee named Russ , I've also been to the location on Plymouth St.Grand Rapids MI . And have had the same experience & have met some awesome employees there too , Like Eric & Dennis & others at both locations !!! Definitely the #1 shop in the GR area, other places flavors don't even compare. ISO standards, when you go to another place someone comes from the dusty back room with your juice, at Mr E you watch a "scientist" make your juice. The "hipsters" as the another reviewer called them, are the same knowledegable staff that will help you with any questions or problems you have.

Mister E's was an alright experience. I had tried a few flavors and they seem desent. Ordered one of the flavors i tried and it was completely different tasting. I dont know if it was an off day for the employees, or just gave me the wrong order.
