Leaf Bros is great! The staff is always super helpful and accommodating, willing to answer any questions, and to make good suggestions based on taste. The lounge is also very nice, spacious and relaxing. 10/10 would recommend!

Friendly & knowledgeable staff, huge humidor and selection. Liked how the selection was cigars were marked mild to strong, etc. Huge lounge area - would definitely hang here often if I lived in the area.

Definitely worth the visit I'm glad to see they were able to get a license for liquor. This is a great crew a lot of good customer service the one time I had an issue the owner contacted me personally and took care of it. Buy by my own supply from here as well as ship off to my brothers. I wish I had more time to just go sit and smoke there.

Great selection. Staff is super accommodating. I live 1.5hrs away and they gladly ship to my home when I can’t make the trip up. Though it’s with making the trip up just to spend some time there!

I wish I lived in Ankeny if only to have this cigar shop and lounge close by. I really like their cigar selection, but I can't say enough good things about the lounge. It's truly amazing.

This cigar shop has a humidor with over 550 cigar options, pipes and pipe tobacco, humidors lighters cutters and other accessories. It has a huge lounge with seating 4 more than 40 people. Multiple TVs including 165 in screen. As well as outdoor seating when the weather is warm. The ventilation is pretty good and overall it's a great Lounge.

Very nice place to enjoy a cigar with friends. Largest cigar lounge in iowa. Also when it's full of people having cigars, it's not smoky in the lounge. Huge humidor with hundreds of different brands of cigars. Pool table, poker table and golden tee games are available and fun to play. Now they have a full offering of beer and mixed drinks to compliment the perfect cigar.

Went in to pick up a cigar for my husband on 12/13. My husband only told me to pick one up and that was it. I know nothing about cigars. Like nothing. The gentlemen who helped me was extremely helpful and extremely nice which made something frustrating, seem easy. My husband was also happy with the cigar choice I brought home. I wish I would’ve gotten his name, but I was extremely happy with his help. 🙂

Had a great time here yesterday. They have a large walk-in humidor, a good selection of cigars, and a very large smoking lounge. Lots of leather chairs and large TVs. The gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. If you enjoy cigars and live in the Ankeny area, stop in. You won't be disappointed.

Incredible selection. Just passing though on our way to Colorado and was happy to see they have 4 of my top 5 favorite cigars! They also carry Black Label, which, if you haven’t tried, you should!

I was a regular of the original Leaf Brothers in Waukee but moved to Phoenix a few months after their opening so on a return trip to the area, I HAD to stop by and say hi to Chris at the Ankeny location. The place is spacious with a large, well stocked humidor and several separate seating areas....LB style throughout and BY FAR the best cigar lounge brand in the Des Moines metro and even tho I don't live here anymore, it's my go to place for a smoke when I'm in town....do yourself a favor and check it out!

They had space for more inventory but you should be able to find a cigar to smoke. Prices are good, I've been to cigar lounges that raise prices but Leaf Brothers are in line.

Easily the best cigar shop in the metro. The owner is very friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about his business and cigars. Other staff is knowledgable and friendly, he must treat them well! The cigars are stored better than anywhere else in the area, BY FAR. They have the largest selection, and VERY fair pricing. I don’t frequent any lounges (I just shop), but Leaf Brothers is by far the largest lounge, and looks very inviting, I believe they even serve drinks. I’ve yet to check out their Waukee location, but if you are looking for a locally owned cigar shop, look no further, this is the place to go!
