This shop is a cool little spot that’s got a bunch of items for everybody. Max was at the desk when I came in, was very inviting and he had a smile on his face the whole time. He showed me the many different options in glass and the discount shelves which still had some fire selection. Max gave me opinions on what he thinks would make my experience better in the long run and told me about items they had that I could come get at a later time if needed. He was very helpful and friendly and I’ll definitely make a trip back there.

Im a long time visitor of royals, and I actually love this place it’s one of the best smoke shops I’ve ever been to. However recently there has been multiple employees who have been overcharging me and some other customers up to $20 extra on the final price, and when you tell them the math is wrong they argue with you and don’t want to change the price to what the correct price should be.

Well I have been associated with RP&H for over a decade. In the last maybe 10 times I have been very disappointed with the service I was getting/ Not getting to the point it was no longer my first choice. Until yesterday the 25th of March 2021 at about 22:22. Which more often than not a business which would say it was open till 22:30 would've closed up shop by now. Not this time lol that means two things. An employee by the name of Andrew who wore prescription glasses was an absolute model of an excellent employee. Not only with his experience but his assistance in what I was looking for. I was so glad to have him there to be of great assistance 8n what was an emergency situation due to lack of products anywhere else. I just wanted to say an Xtra Thank you to him for all his help. His knowledge and great attitude will make my choice more clear next time I am to choose where to go for any accessories I may need in the future.
