This store is great!! Always incredibly helpful and have what I need! I'd like to give a special shout-out to Prince, the piercer- He has always gone above and beyond every single time I come in, and he makes sure that I leave happy and with everything I need. I even gave him full reign to "design" my right ear, and the piercings came out amazing and I've received countless compliments on his handiwork- cannot recommend him enough!!!!!

My daughter wanted a belly piercing for her birthday but was scared to get it. I took her to Prince and he was amazing, made her feel so comfortable. He also made sure she understood how to care for it. If any of my kids or I need a piercing I would definitely go back to him. I will also 100% recommend him to anyone with kids or even for yourself.

Had an amazing experience today at Freakys on Colfax. My mother, sister, and I had a mommy daughter day and went to get piercings. Prince Master Piercer is the best! Very experienced piercer. He had great customer service and just all around made our experience better than I ever could have asked for. For a little context my mom is 60 years old and wanted a nose piercing. He made her feel so comfortable. He knew exactly what he was doing. He was able to do all 3 of us. It was very clean and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Definitely will be back!!

Yesterday my daughter and her godmother went to get her nose and ears pierced. Let me tell you ~ Prince (our piercing tech) was the BOMB! My daughter had never had any piercings. Prince was meticulous, precise and calming. He involved my daughter in every step. She got two piercings in her ears and one in her nose. She’s in zero discomfort today. The entire experience exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you, Prince! You have customers for life.

Prince is legit one of the sickest dudes ever. I came in with partially closed cartilage piercings, and he put my new earrings in WICKED FAST. It took him less than five seconds per ear, and when I asked to pay him, he said I didn't have to. ❤ Super great guy.

They were really good about Covid precautions, had hand sanitizer everywhere, good social distancing, and made sure I used hand sanitizer after going through the dab mat binder. I have been wanting to get my septum pierced for a while now and was considering a couple different shops. I called the shop ahead of time to double check prices and was surprised that the price came with the jewelry. The staff was overall very friendly. The piercer was very nice and made me feel comfortable before my piercing. The place was clean and the needle used was new and sterilized right in front of me. My overall experience was great. I will be going to this shop for my future piercings. Totally recommend!

Love this location! I came here on Saturday on a whim to get a Daith piercing. Kaylen did such a great job that I came back on Sunday for 3 more piercings-- Conch, Rook, and low Helix. Even 1 day later, they're barely sore! I love how they look and I can't recommend her enough! I called ahead to see if there was a piercer in because I needed to have a nose ring removed. I had been calling three different freakys stores for 3 days, when I finally tracked one down at this location. The piercer actually hung around and waited for me to come in, even though he was scheduled to leave before I could get there. Awesome dude, and really informative. I explained my situation about needing to put in a ring I could take out temporarily for an MRI, and he showed me how to do it, and gave me his card to call, in case I had any issues.

Very knowledgable about tobacco and rolling products as well as glass and oil rigs. Hear they also do body art, but wasn't in the market at the time. All good things tho. :D

If you want amazing piercings done right, this is the place to go. I come to Freaky's specifically for Kaylen, who is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. I have gone to her for all my piercings and will continue to do so. Every piercing comes out even, straight, and heals perfectly. Great place for hand blown glass, patches, stickers, jewelry, tapestries, and other odds and ends. It is attached to a tattoo shop, so you can shop while you are waiting to get a tattoo. I have it in my mind as the kind of place you want to go when you are looking to deck out your dorm room. The guys in the shop can be a little tense at times so that looses the place 1 star for me.
