5 stars!!! I would give them more if i could!! Ive been coming here for years! Great prices, selection and PEOPLE! which is more of what my review is about. My son was involved in a horrible shooting in august and Shawna and her borther had 0 hesitations about letting me put up a poster for him in their store. Over the years, ive had quite a few conversations with both of them and they are always so friendly and willing to help when i get my vapes stuck in strange temperature modes or get my coils stuck somehow. They are just amazing people so 10 stars yall! Just wanted to say thanks for being an amazing shop ❤❤❤

Staff are always super friendly and helpful as well as willing to replace any product that doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time or money at HQ Vape the children they employ are always disrespectful and act as tho it’s a burden when asked to simply do their job. If you’re looking for kind knowledgeable people who aren’t going to act offended when asked a question or are brought back a defective product then just make the trip two blocks down to Denver Vape. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

So I had lost my wallet and was in need of vape from my fav vape shop but did not have an ID other than my pictures. I asked if I could use my account with them as verification, and understandably they were not able to help me in that regard. However they helped me get set on the colorado app since I had pictures of my ID, and I was then able to use my ID in a way I didn't even know i could. To the gentlemen with the cool beard and the women who worked today to help me, thank you. Customer service can be so hard in this day and age so it makes me happy that there are people out there that go above and beyond what's expected of them. Denver vapor,, you need to give both of them a raise.

I love coming to this place. The staff has their own personalities rather than a corporate chain or some micro managed mom and pop shop. They are all knowledgeable of the products they sell and they take care of their clientele as if they want them to come back. The place is funky and fun and if you're lucky you'll arrive on a day when one of the doggos is in the house.

Best vape shop I’ve ever been in! I’m from out of town and my glass on my tank broke while on vacation. They had the replacement glass I needed, replacement coils and even a huge selection of juice! Staff was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I wish I was from Denver so I could visit more often!

Great selection, friendly staff, and chill atmosphere. My only complaint is that the juice I use is sold out almost every time I go in. But they have always made great recommendations for a replacement juice until they get more of my preference.

Great little Vape shop i visited today. I came with the intention of buying a device for myself, and i had many requirements that i wanted met. The staff went above and beyond to meet my specific needs and wants. Average size selection of Box Mods and Vape Pens, above average selection of vape juices and glass pieces. If you're looking to go home happy, and convinced you bought the right piece of equipment, this is the place to do it. Staff was very friendly as well, some music was playing, and very COVID friendly. I asked many questions, and had all my questions answered thoroughly and what felt to be honestly. Prices for devices are slightly higher than online if I'm remembering correctly, but that comes with the territory. All i can say is this i suppose, the device i bought, the Q-ULTRA, gives you the buzz you deserve.

Pretty cool place. Went in with a broken mod, which they didn't carry a replacement for. What they did have, was an amazing sales man, who recommended a mod that was much more durable for my clumsy life style 🤣 He wasn't pushy, or rude, just concerned about getting the right vape in my hands. Which he did. It's been a week and I LOVE IT. They have a super cool lounge area and a sweet pup roaming around. The whole place screams comfort, from the decor to the dimenor of service.

3.5 stars because I purchased new vape mod and explained I hadn't vaped for years. So I needed whole setup including batteries... I got home and unboxed mod, tried to power up new mod... Nothing. Well the mod didn't come with batteries and so I had to drive back and purchase them. Good thing they stay open until midnight. Also they did give me bogo on the batteries. The guys were nice and knowledgeable... just forgot the fact I would need batteries I suppose

Bought their house juice, Dragons breath in 3mg nicotine. It has a nice melon flavor, but it doesn’t mean nothing when the juice is harsh and irritates my throat. The label for the bottle is sticky causing me to not even wanting to pick up the bottle. Besides that the customer service was over all great.

I will be completely honest - This business was so much better than expected it is not even funny. Their selection of premium vape juices is impressive, in and of itself, but the customer service is stunning. They have every battery, tank, mod, and rebuild accessory you could ask for... PLUS a high end collection of collectible glass in two prominently displayed floor cases from top international glass artists. The shop is well decorated in nerd chic and the parking is off street in a private lot. If you are in the area on Thursdays they also host pick up games of Magic: the Gathering from 6 PM until close.

The whole place is just welcoming with their comfy chairs, game consoles, roaming pups and great staff. I love this store. Always good people, good vibes and good fkn prices. I’ve been in to a lot of vape shops but none that had this good of selection on glass and silicone pieces and crazy prices on everything. Their prices and service separate them from any other retail store I’ve been in period, not even just vape shops. Imagine essentially paying online prices and still seeing everything in person before you buy it and supporting a local business. Forget buying anything online, support these guys. I bought my mod and a thick oil pen and a joint bubbler from them and I couldn’t be any happier. This is such a great store, no matter who is working they are always so genuine and helpful. I gotta try out their hookah sometime too, cool to see people smoking hookahs in a vape shop😁💨💨 Can’t recommend this place enough. 5 stars all day!!!

So the staff there are supper nice, I had a funky issue going on with my Mod and was about to just buy a new one. The staff did everything they could to help me and finally found that it was the tank. She took her time to assist me in finding out what was exactly wrong with it and we tried every peace of equipment. I was about to drop 50 - 60 bucks and all I needed was a new tank. I appreciate them being truthful, and willing to help as much as they could. Favorite vape juice shop in the city, hands down. The owner's have stocked over 140 different premium juices at fair prices and, while their accessories are a little overpriced, they do have a good selection of tanks and mods. Couple those facts with two VERY heady glass cases and games of pick up Magic: the Gathering after 6 PM on Thursdays make this the only shop I go to. They also have a handy frequent buyer program!

This is my absolute favorite vape shop in Denver. The employees are extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly! The environment is awesome and totally unique... They have all these super crazy chairs, which are great to sit in if you wanna just chill and vape. Honestly, it feels like hanging out at a friend's house. They sometimes have shows like Rick and Morty playing on their projector, and lots of people love to come here to just hang out, because it's such a chill spot. This is the best vape shop I've been too. They have nearly every juice you can think of. Always have my coils in stock. Have a free reward program. They always have a box of marked down juices for you which is helpful when you are on a budget. They sell lots of mods, accessories, CBD, coils, and have awesome prices on everything. The store is pretty big and has lots of places to chill with board games, movies, ect.

My experience with Denver Vapor was mostly underwhelming. While they have a decent selection of juices and set-ups, the prices are a little much. What I'm assuming is their 'in-house' brand of juices was extremely expensive ($8.5) for the small bottle. One big plus is their hours. Since they're open till 11pm most nights, I'm sure I'll be back again if I run out and it's late. Other than that, there's just too many other great shops around with good prices to really consider Denver Vapor unless it's the latest hours of the night.

This vape shop has a large variety of ejuice. The prices are good too. It has a very comfy enviroment, however this vape shop does not let you sample the ejuices like other vape shops I have spent over $80.00 on ejuice that I dont like when I get home. They let you sample the ejuice on your hand, but its different when you vape...so me and my friends are no longer gonna return to this shop....I think they are aware of this problem, but dont focus on customer service. They will not return items which is understandable...I wanna go where I can sample ejuices and be happy with my choice instead of being unhappy with an ejuice you sampled on your hand....NOT GOING BACK, PERHAPS ON COILS AND EJUICE IM FAMILIAR WITH.

Best Premium selection I've seen. A terrific space in Cap Hill, lends itself to a relaxed yet very cool atmosphere. They have a big, friendly shop mascot (a fluffy dog), free srickers, a 1:500 lotto game for customers to play with discounts & prizes, generous frequent shopper rewards, mid range on equipment sale prices, clean bathrooms, pool table, lots of seating, knowledgeable staff, AND, open the latest in it's industry (10pm weeknughts & on weekends 1am). There is almost always at least one employee who will want to play you. If you have no EDH decks they might have some decks to play you with. 4) #DnD Andre the staff member runs bunches of campaigns and is always looking for new players. Come in and ask him or about him as a DM for more info. 5) #MOVIES With a projector, remote controlled mini-theater screen and demi-dolby surround sound system bring your streamed nerd movies to epic heights. They will put on almost any movie you want (Especially Anime, SciFi, Fantasy) and put it to home theater surpassing levels. 6) #ART Do you want to prove you are the very best like no one ever was? Then why not Denver Vapour? Bring your love of the nerd world to life and showcase it on the walls of Denver Vapour. Or hey, why not ask Tom to make you an original? This place is wonderful. The establishment has a truly wide selection of vapes and juices that they update adnausium. The selections you expect going to any hookah bar are there, but with a less inane Euro-techno vibe than most sport. The staff is friendly, easy-talking, knowledgeable and not afraid to use it if you come in with any skill level or setup. I thought the nerd stuff was more important so I switched that part to first, but seriously accept no vape substitute.

Denver Vapor Walked into Denver vapor today and I have to say I was impressed. right off the bat I walked into this enormous shop plenty of sitting area huge projector screen a billiards area a very welcoming space if I must say. The idea of Denver vapor is a very simple one, it’s a location to come and relax. A shop where customers can come sit down vape, play games (board or video games), they can also watch tv or play billiards. They have a small inventory of vape gear compared to others, a mid sized premium juice collection , and their own house juice Denver vapor also offers a hookah experience. We know vaping is to stop the use of tobacco products so I was skeptical about the idea, but I believe if vaping has been attacked by the community we as vapers should not attack others for choosing a tobacco product it would only make us more like anti vaping propaganda. Denver vapor may offer a hookah experience but that should have no effect on the people inside vaping the shop is well ventilated so smelling the hookah 10 feet next to me was no issue while I was in the store. I talked to 4 other people while in the store and asked for their opinions josh(21) and Jenny(34) both were regulars while josh vapes jenny goes towards hooah and they were both ok with each other's presence they were not bothered by each other. Shawn(23) and satara(26) were both first time customers and they both felt welcomed to the new environment. upon speaking to the acting manager Bradon he explained to me that he had high hopes of making denver vapor, which has been open for 6 months, a well know community spot for any person wanting to come in and vape, smoke hookah, or just take it easy and lounge around.So from me guys go escape your late nights at denver vapor

How do I explain or compare .. ok Denver Vapors is the dopest vape shop I’ve been to and I’ve been to a bunch all across America.. finally Tim taught me how to disassemble and clean my vape properly.. he actually did it for me and got this tricky tank off my geek vape .. on my second visit Tim helped me mod out with a new tank , Falcon , and I love it.. the vape I’m puffing is Blueberry Limeaid .. I’m stoked all across the board and this place is my go to from now on.. the “complete” vapor experience.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
