Great little store. Bought some gummies that I later realized had the seal broken under the lid (looked like a manufacturer issue.) When I brought them back, the girl behind the counter replaced them no questions asked. She even let me pick a different flavor. Best vape store I've been to.

It's like the perfect medium between the 'Uptight super sterile dentist office' looking places and the 'Came in for vape juice but left with a tattoo, a septum piercing and lost $50 in a pool game" type of place. It's clean but you don't feel uncomfortable. It's chill but you don't feel like your getting hustled. They also have a curbside/drive thru thing. Very nice staff, that actually know what they're selling which is a plus! Haha just go there. You won't regret it. Oh and use the door facing the main road lol 😆

Love this store. I go in there every 2 to 3 weeks to get juice and coils for my mesh Pro. Great customer service and great deals on juices and coils. The owner is awesome he keeps all his customers and employees update on new products that will be coming in. I would recommend friends or family to this store. Five stars for this store.

This is a small, clean, friendly place. The people who work here are knowledgeable, and the atmosphere feels more like small town friendly, rather than a store in a rather busy part of town. They have a really good selection, and a great clearance sale section. The prices are quite competitive, but much lower than some of the stores around here. I highly recommend this for all your vaping need!

I had a really great experience here so I wanted to leave a review. I was having trouble finding a place open to purchase a mod because of covid 19 affecting hours of operation for stores. I was grateful to find this store open. I am a beginner & needed information on mods in order to make the right choice on what to get. I found the customer service to be fabulous. I was informed about the mods & how they worked. He told me which one might be the best for me after we conversed about my needs. I was getting a mod As a substitute to quit smoking Cigarettes. So he pointed me in the right direction as well as carefully & thoughtfully explaining how to use the mod I purchased. The price was very reasonable for the mod I bought. I was impressed with the quality of the product. I’m overall very happy with my purchase and loved the service I received. I definitely recommend This place & will be back for sure. 👍

The representative attending us did an excellent job, taking the time to help us make the correct decisions on our purchase that met our needs. I had been ordering my vape juice online, but with the excise taxes & now the new pact shipping thing, better off going to a local shop for juice. I found my new vaping spot. ❤

The lady behind the counter (I believe her name was Stephanie) was extremely helpful and able to answer all of my questions. Initially, I wanted to try some place that was more centrally located in Columbus, but after hearing many positive things I decided to give Poor Girls a shot. I'm so glad I did! I was sold a non working vape noy one but two I ho setly believe the guy seen me coming and thought hed get the broken one off on me becuz when I went back in to have the problem corrected he gave me yo of the same flavor same brand and everything but the were in a completely different packaging and location !!! I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half. Even though some things can be pricy, the service that I always get makes it worth it. I usually stick with the same juice, but when I want to switch it up, they know what I like and direct me to what I end up loving. Even when I had questions when I first started vaping, it was so easy to talk there and I wasn’t made to feel dumb about learning the things to do and not do with my mod and coils and such. Even now when something goes wrong and my mod needs troubleshooting, they’re so great at helping, and always have the answers of what is wrong and how to fix it. I’d always recommend coming here!

THIS PLACE ROCKS! Backstory : I bought and RDA MOD from a guy for $20 it was semi functional, and came with a battery, but no charger. A Co-worker advised me to go to this shop. And I am beating myself up for going to "buckeye vapor" and "vapor station" before following his recommendation. Both places I went prior to poor girls, did not understand my issues and simply insisted I buy a whole new unit. My experience at "Poor Girls" When I walked into the shop there was instantly a mellow type vibe. my first two experiences were rather uncomfortable. The staff is very friendly and laid back. And they know their stuff. And you'll likely meet the owner while your there, she says she doesn't stay away for long. I don't recall her name though. Wonderful Woman to work with in my quest for cheap vaping. She helped me identify first, that my battery had shorted, and she used her magic charger to bring it back to life, for no charge... With a proper battery, my unit fired a few times but quickly stopped working. she confirmed my suspicion that my outdated RDA was not allowing proper contact. But my mechanical mod fired like crazy with a proper RDA. They had a great selection of RDA atomizers to chose from, and even allowed me to inspect multiple units to find one that was just right for me. (from the clearance rack) Not only was I well taken care of, but I bought a battery, charger, RDA, and some wire for less than the other shops pricing. I am more than pleased. I WILL return. I will suggest this shop to anyone I find that's in the vape scene.
