Lounge closes 30min before the shop closes. I could have made other plans. Kind of bush league on that front. Still a nice atmosphere, but, the service is no longer up to my standard. Eg. Previous visit had the same gentleman constantly informing about the amount of time left, before the lounge closes. I don't feel welcome here, but, it's basically one dude; that's apparently there most of the time. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. So sad, but, it is what it is.

I love the price of the cigars, the knowledge of the staff, and you can bring your own food and beverages in the location. They have t.v.'s and a gas grill outside. The only drawback is the ventilation you will have to open a door or a window.

Mike is awesome makes you feel at home. Amazing selection, good prices. Nice homey feel what else could you want? Highly recommend the papas fritas safari style, if you dont know ask Mike he'll get you all hooked up.

These guys have a great selection of cigars for the full time smoker and beginner. The staff are really helpful and can give you some suggestions. I went there for a promo event and walked out with a couple bags of cigars. Stop by and see them for your favorite cigars!

A nice place as soon as you walk in you see thousands of cigars. Overwhelmed as I'm new to cigar the owner of the shop asked if I needed help and pointed me to two lovely cigars that were amazing! Was even nice enough to cut the ends off for me because I was uncertain. A really great place that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good smoke.

Obviously I love this place by the rating I gave it, here's why. Knowledgeable staff, yes for sure. Broad selection of premium cigars, from daily cigars to special occasions and everything in between. From light n restless to bold n beautiful they have a great selection of fresh cigars. They also boost a well furnished multi room smoke venue. Everytime I stop in I always run into a engaging conversation with fellow patrons.

I always hit this place when I'm in Columbus. Has an incredible selection of cigars despite being in a somewhat run down and sketchy area. The workers are clearly fans of the product they sell, and are good for suggestions if you're looking for something new to try. I always walk out 50 to 75 bucks lighter. They have everything from Conneticuts to Oscuros, ligeros and Maduros. They have practically all the fire cured cigars worth smoking outside Toscanos. Stop in and say hi.

Patricia is amazing ! I called on a Sunday looking for my favorite brand of Cigars ... she told me she could have 50 here within an hour. Worked out perfectly for us as we were just passing through Columbus at that time. When we arrived she greeted us with a smile and pleasant conversation, and had our cigars waiting for us at the counter. We had so much fun visiting with Patricia that we will definitely return - and we live in Canada !

We visited the lounge on a Saturday evening for an impromptu stogie-date. Upon walking in, Michael was not helpful nor welcoming. We had to engage him in our purchases and sharing a little more about the new shop. The downstairs area was full and it was only after asking more questions that he told us about upstairs. Once we got settled in, we enjoyed the atmosphere and great selection of cigars. And DeShaun (part time staff who was not on the clock that evening) was awesome. Here again for a second visit and so happy we got a chance to meet Ms. Pateicia. She was awesome. Great welcoming, signed us up for membership and enjoyed a nice stogie. Thank you for hosting us again .

Irony is this spot and Burning Leaf share many of the same clients when you want to settle down for conversation you go South, because the Leaf is a little small. Otherwise great selection, ok prices and cool
