Best smoke shop in the area! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They offer various insane deals weekly, as well as punch cards for Vapes and Delta products. My only regret is I didn't have more money to spend on all the beautiful glass. Telling everyone I know about it.

I literally I go across town from the north side to buy my vapes here one of the biggest reasons is because the rewards program ...personally I do that the same reason I go to Speedway with rewards and point I feel like I'm getting more making my purchases with with them especially it being something I spend a decent amount of money on so many people that smoke Vapes around me not just I myself I do think that it could use some adjusting I think there should be a larger amount of points given depending on the amount spent on the purchase I think that they could really do some things if they do specials or like offer certain days you know discounts you know it's a work-in-progress it's new I know that just my thoughts on this subject it's my number one Vape spot I spend a decent amount of money there monthly

It’s no surprise to me that Hippie Hut is rated so highly. I went in to try to pick up some new vaping stuff as I haven’t vaped in some time. Michael was the first to greet me and he was very kind. I felt he really cared to help me find what I needed. Unfortunately, Michael needed to take a call and I was handed off to Ash. Ash was very kind. Ash stated that she was fairly new and had gotten help from Ki to help me when I was getting a bit specific with my questions. I appreciated this very much as Ash didn’t pretend to know how to help me with my very specific needs but handed me off to someone she felt could help me more. Ash even stayed around as Ki helped me, which seemed to me like she was using the opportunity to educate herself. Ki, the shining star. Ki was incredibly helpful, insightful, and patient with me as she helped me find the equipment I needed. She was even more helpful to me with finding a very distinct flavor I was looking for that I remembered the taste of but not the name. I wonder how Hippie Hut finds their staff. How does a company find such rockstars?

I have ventured into many smoke shops. This one is my favorite hands down. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. As well as discreet; when I brought my vape in bc it wasn't working, they went through all the possibilities and finally handed it back to me and quietly told me to charger. They were that kind every time I brought one in.... with the same problem a lot of the time 😉. The prices are the best around, even compared to online prices. There is always something new, so I like to visit often. And I would be remiss if I didn't mention the owner. He is absolutely one of the kindest person I have had the good fortune to meet. The store blows the competition away and is kept immaculate inside and out! Understand that some people have found the owner to be a bit rude and confrontational sometimes regarding placing your hands on the glass cabinets (glass everything) or not using social distancing, etc...after several visits I have dealt with this 3 times...but here's the deal, I don't believe he means to be rude at all, i think it's just the way he comes off. In fact, one time he gave me two danishes and a bottled water when I mentioned, in passing, that I was starving, and this was on my second visit, one month following my first. It's worth the visit to the store! Don't miss out.

This place gets all 5 stars. I just got a Dr.Dabber, it's pretty expensive if your into that stuff but whatever, I wanted it and I was SO happy. Came home, it charged for 2 hours and still didn't work. I tried a different plug, all night this pen charged and just wouldn't turn on. Never was able to use it yesterday the day I originally got it. Went there today showed the guys my video, they never saw anything like that and gave me an even exchange and they made sure it worked, it was good! I love it! Brought my husband there too and he loved it. Way better than Waterbeds n stuff IMO. Thanks Hippie Hut!!

Great place with even better employees! Everyone is super personable and very willing to help you. I had gone in earlier in the day to get a coil for my vape, which later ended up breaking. I called in 5 minutes before they closed and they were able to stay open a few minutes late for me to get a new vape. Love it! The employees here are absolutely the best. Friendly, available to help with questions, to give suggestions, even gave me a free sample. I have horrible knee pain and was looking for an alternative to over the counter pain medicine which hadn't been helping. One of the employees talked to me in length about my pain and my situation, even told me about his own shoulder pain and a relative's knee pain, then offered a sample of a spray on pain reliever. Anything you can't find there, they offer to order for you, and their prices are the best in Hilliard, and including Smokehouse on Roberts rd. Highly recommended!

What an amazing place! I couldn't ask for more! Went in for my phix vape thought i would go see what the hype was, I felt so welcome walking in from the start.. I went in and was tired had been in tears as a lot is going on in life.. Thinking i would just go in 5 min later I would be back in my car to continue my drive home .. Not the case.. Someone that has been very skeptical of smoke shops I got to speak with Mike and look at different products being educated on everything in the store being allowed to ask questions and never feeling like a problem.. These guys know what they are doing! I left after a nice talk and even a hug feeling like things are ok.. I would recommend this place to every skeptic go in have a conversation see what they have.. Talk with them get educated i can honestly say Mike didn't care that I bought nothing more then my phix pods of $20.00 he spent time talking after the sale. This man honestly changed so many things for me last night I think I made a lifelong friend so go in spend time support a local business and community member..
