These two amazing guys helped me out, taught me a lot, and got me in the right direction. I am so happy these guys are there, and the store is amazing. Seriously -- if you want an amazing experience, true and total honesty, and a taste of positively great customer service, come by the store and ask for Joe and Tyler. 5 reasons why this vape shop deserves 5 stars. 1. I was traveling to Columbia early in the morning & broke my tank, this shop was easy to find, the only one open, and as a plus the google hours were actually correct. 2. The gentlemen who greeted me was so knowledgeable, helpful, and super polite. 3. He was able to show me the correct replacement tank in under 30 seconds. 4. I was shown how to correctly change the coil since It was a style new to me. 5. I felt truly helped every step of the way and confident in my purchase! I have been to many vape shops but this one is by fair the best I’ve been to, I only wish it was located closer to my home.

If there was anything you needed help with , had a question about or just wanted to converse in depth about anything, they were there with the answer you were looking for. All of their products were cutting edge and they have everything at least a week or more before their competitors, respectively. Always a pleasure to visit with these guys.

I love this place! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat!! The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful, willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience. They always have some type of sale or promotion going on. They have pretty much anything and everything you need for smoking and/or vaping, plus all the extra stuff you didn't know you needed until you saw it in store. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for disposable vapes, pods, juices, e-cigs, mods, tanks, coils or rolling papers, pipes, pipe cleaners, detox drinks, grinders... You get the picture

This is my favorite shop in the area. They have a wide selection to choose from and they can offer tons of advise about what you need. They work with you to get what you're looking for. The staff are friendly and the place has a more chill vibe than other places I've been. Not sure why other reviewers say their stuff breaks easily because the pieces we've bought have lasted and the products always work the way they say they will.

I've gone to to High Life and gotten great service (Cat specifically is amazing!) I've also been and gotten terrible service. I went today and bought vape liquid, I asked for 3mg nicotine and was sold 35mg salt nic. I called to see if I could exchange the product and was I could not return or exchange it. Now I've been sold a product much stronger than what I asked for, that I cannot use, or even exchange to get something I actually can use. Probably will not be back.

The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. I have recently had an issues with a vape I purchased. The warranty will take about 2 months for me to receive it. In the mean time the staff had steered me in the direction of another vape 100% affordable. I will always do business here and you should too. They have great prices on juices and equipment. Best prices in town for most any smoking related product. My go to for vape juice. They stock alot more options than the actual vape stores in town and most are priced way lower than others. Great selection of juice as well as coils and pods. Every juul pod option both juul and other name brands always stocked. Only negative I have is most employees dont have the proper education for all the vape supplies or either have no interest. Super friendly group of employees.
