This place is awesome! The store is clean, well lit, and organized. The staff is cheerful and helpful, and they really know their stuff! I never had a vape before but NAS was very patient and extremely quickly helped me pick up a vape that worked like a charm for my specific needs! I told him what brand I wanted and what I needed and he very quickly helped me make an informed decision (He explained you don’t need to buy the most expensive vape and showed me a much better value than what I had seen online). I will defiantly let be returning and recommending this place to my friends. Thank you guys!

I literally just got this, when I picked it out, it was not cracked nor chipped, unfortunately when I unwrapped it, and used it, I noticed it. 😖I'm not sure if the guy who wrapped it, accidentally tipped it somehow, idk but if he did this, it is unfair, he should've at least let me know he accidentally chipped it or something... I love this place, but I guess some employees aren't careful nor considerate

Every time i go into this place these guys do a lot that they dont have to do. Ive been their customer since i got here from Philadelphia almost 4 years ago and they have gone above and beyond for me and i cant thank them enough. Would i recommend this shop? Hell yes. Infact even if you are over 50 miles away it would absolutely be worth the drive. I really hope u guys see this because u definitely deserve to know that what u ate doing is definitely recognized and extremely appreciated. I would recommend this shop 100000%

Dude at the front was cool pretty much everyone in here has been cool with me except dude towards the back with a top knot for a hair dew dude he should be in the back cleaning the toilet not out near customers with his stupid comments and lack of knowledge at all. I’ve been going to Smokey’s for a while now. Their cigars are the same price as cigars at a shop I used to frequent in Will county. It amazes me that I can find the same cigars for the same price in Cook county at Smokey’s. Whereas cigarettes are way more expensive in Cook versus Will. I recommend any and all cigar smokers in the area to check out Smokey’s humidor. It’s well stocked, clean, and has a variety to choose from, whether you know your sticks or not. Also, I’ve visited a lot of smoke shops that have humidor issues. Whether the humidity isn’t kept right, or they have mites… Smokey’s humidor is really well maintained, and you can tell in the way their products look, feel, and smoke. Thanks Smokey’s for staying consistent!!

This shop is like the love child of 7-11 & a head shop (minus booze & slurpees) they’ve got everything you might need and if you don’t see it just ask, they probably have it. The guys are v cool & laid back yet super helpful. (hint: they accept cards & cash, but I always bring cash and my total is somehow so low!)

The only smoke shop I go to. I just moved into the area in April 2019 and I have been coming here weekly. I use kratom and they have the biggest selection of any of the smoke shops around and good prices. My friend also bought a nice glass vape recently and it's his favorite piece he has ever purchased. AMAZING QUALITY! I am about to be on my way to them shortly as a matter of fact! Great service, large, clean store, friendly helpful staff and an insane selection of products!

I was first introduced to Smokey's while attending an event at Society Night Club and was introduced to their employee Nas who was managing purchases for their servicesat the club. He was very professional, flexible, and patient. More importantly, he gave great advice for my group's interest in Hookah. He also shared information with me about their shop which coincidentally is located near my new home. When I went to the shop I was glad I had made the connection and checked it out. The music was great if you like hip-hop and the staff I met that day was just as knowledgeable as Nas. I also ran into Nas again. Overall, I had a great experience and look forward to going back when I need to purchase cell phone cases again, a gift, or other relevant supplies which they carry.

Workers are very cool but need to brush up on their knowledge of ecigarettes and eLiquid... Other than that, if you're a vaper and know what you want go check them out ...... They're very nice . FYI I'm an experienced vapist :) rebuilding and making my own juice since 2009 for a typical vaper this place is perfect, wide variety of mods and juices. They will be putting in a tasting section and making eLiquid to order..... Can't wait! Keep it up guys.... .
