My boyfriend and I have been going here for over a year now. Everyone there is very very helpful, considerate and kind. We have gotten reasonable discounts and everything's a fair price along with great staff. Today I went in to get my boyfriend something for Valentine's day. Usually we go at night, so seeing an unfamiliar face I was worried I wouldn't be helped. I should've known that they would ensure they have a great staff day round. The nice guy helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for and helped me get points to shave some money off the bill. He ensured to wrap the gift perfectly so it wouldn't get damaged. So grateful to know we still have places that are welcoming, helpful, and friendly.

The only smoke shop I go to! Wide selection of edibles, disposables, flower, and cases and cases of cool handmade pieces. The main reason I go to Smoke n Vape is because of the wide selection, good prices, and Also, the professional, patient, and helpful demeanor of Theo!! Having good employees like Theo are hard to find, most other smoke shop employees have either a nonchalant or bothersome attitude. Not my main man Theo! Customer for life!

Absolutely love this place! Only store I will go to in the entire Chicago area! I’ve never had a single bad experience here. The staff is friendly and so helpful. The owner is an awesome, kind and funny guy! Not to mention they always have exactly what I need at good prices. No one here is every rude or dismissive and always happy to help in any way they can and always happily answer any questions. The best!

Don't let the size of the shop deceive you. It's full of everything you need and then some. I always find something new evertytime I walk in. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly which is a big plus when owning and running a smoke shop. They know about every item they sell at their shop. Highly recommend!

Honestly, this is the only vape shop I really go to as it's just loaded with the good products and prices. Everytime I head in, there's tons of help and the staff even helps make choices based on what I might want. Delta 8 Candy Galore!

When I still lived in Chicago I frequented this store all the time. Everyone who works there is beyond nice and helpful. They genuinely seem glad to see you as if you’re friends and I love that. A lot of these businesses feel cold, guarded and frankly sketchy like going to some off-the-interstate adult bookstore peep show. Or so I’m told ;-). Anyhow the staff are great and the store itself is nice and feels equally welcoming and though I’m (temporarily) living near Detroit I still frequent this place back in Chicago. I’d work there given the chance. I feel a little bit more zen every time I stop by and that alone is reason to pop in.

This place has been a mixed bag for me. All of the employees are really friendly, but some are clearly better informed on their selection than others. I also found it strange that they don't stock simple domeless titanium nails (or the clueless employee that day couldn't find them), and all they could come up with to sell me was a really cheap quality quartz banger. Prices are also a bit high when buying a whole box of vape coils, I was just charged the individual coil price times 5 instead of receiving any kind of discount like most shops do.

When you walked into this place you are immediately greet by the staff. The guy that took care of me made sure i had what i needed and i was happy b4 i left the store. They have a big variety of glass pieces that i have not seen in other shops. The prices are not bad at all considering where they are located. I think the vape juice selection could use a little work.

This is my favorite shop along with Albany Park Smoke Shop. Smoke & Vape is a great shop to get all your vapes & smoke accessories. They have a decent selection to choose from. Prices are fair compared to other locations. Employees are really nice and helpful. Definitely give this shop a chance.

I always leave this establishment with a smile on my face. Whether I am being helped by the lady or the dude, it's a pleasant experience. Both offer a comfortable atmosphere without a hint of judgement. Very knowledgeable of their inventory (it's shocking these days how proprietors will often seem 'lost' in their own store) which is so appreciated as I'm often in a hurry... so to know I can count on a painless and quick transaction is seriously appreciated. Just a few solid reasons why they'll continue getting my business and I'll keep referring people to them.

Broke my mod box last and had to go grab a new one. They were out today unfortunately, so I said I'm gonna have to find one somewhere else (even though I pretty much only come this this place). The person helping me looked down, went in the back, and brought out a barely used, new mod that he just got himself. I remember because just a week or so ago he was telling me how happy he was to have it, and how much better it is than mine haha! And so today I bought it at a discounted price, because he said he can't justify selling a used product full price even though I told them charge full price. They refused to do that because they have strong business ethics. He just told me it's the holiday spirit and that making me happy makes him happy, and coupled with the fact that he retained my business was enough. I've never been asked to pay less than what I thought was fair, but after a few rounds of "please let me pay more" and "I have to give you more for this" I relented and took it home with me. I'm gonna find a way to repay you, aside from this review! If anyone reading this has any needs from a tobacco/vape shop then make this place your store. They absolutely made sure I won't go anywhere else after today. And thank you all for the first good memory of 2021, happy holidays yall. Nice people still exist, and you'll find them here!

The guy who works here is super helpful, informative and kinda cute. The inventory is very diverse and you can find lots here; supplements, oil burners, detox, vape, smoke, tape head cleaner, rolls, wraps... everything expect SMOK glass replacement.

Friendly staff, I was able to taste the vape juice before buying and picked up a great pen that was inexpensive. All glass is reasonably priced and a great selection. They have a good selection of Raw papers which is the main reason I go there for the cones. They accept credit cards, and there also is an ATM inside as well which is very convenient.

I personally like their customer service and the store is nice however, they sell a lot of fake things at this headshop. Especially vaping devices like poshes and stigs. Everyone one of my friends from north park university says the same thing their posh is off brand and whoever they get it from needs to be fired. They should only buy their vapes from the actual companies. That’s why if you’ve ever noticed their vape prices are cheaper than most other head shops or gas stations. Be aware though many smoke/head shops sell knock off vapes. Usually tad shade different In color, they last not as long or usually have a defect when hitting the vapes.

I went here for the first time a month ago and I am so happy that I did. Smoke & Vape is about a 10min walk from my apartment and it's the only place I'll be buying my tobacco from now on, living in Albany Park. The prices may be lower outside of this area but the short walk is very convenient. I've only purchased tobacco for making cigarettes at home so the bulk price is great, it's only the tax on it that's a bit steep. My roommates have a cigarette filling device that I hadn't used before so on my first visit here, I bought the wrong size tubes (too big for the machine) and I hadn't taken a paper receipt. My buddy went with me the following day to explain that we needed to just exchange the cigarette tubes and the guy working the day before was not there. However, the one who did help us (he was quite handsome) gave me a dollar back with the exchange since I had bought a package of tobacco with the tubes and that's their in-store promotion that might've been forgotten the day before. Overall, I would recommend this place to any smokers living nearby. Especially if you are in the market for a new glass pipe and don't want to travel very far. The folks here will treat you well.

The store offers significantly cheaper prices for e-liquids and e-cigs accessories compare to others within 10 miles of it's location. The seller/owner is extremely friendly person and every item in his store has it's price tag. In some places no price tags ever exist, and owners "adjust the price" in order to squeeze every single dollar out of you. Without any reasonable and unreasonable doubt I am switching to Smoke&Vape on 3316 W Lawrence. Great store!

Best shop in town. Check out the new CBD products especially the cbd shatter! Wayy better than the products at CBD Kratom & wayy better priced. Beware or CBD Kratom store locations they rip u off, they only carry one brand, their Isloate is not a full gram and it's almost 100 bucks for just one gram compared to here @ smoke n vape they sell theirs for half the price. They have more than one brand of kratom too. And did I mention the manager Dylan is the best & very friendly not only is he very knowledgeable unlike alot of these vendors who dont know half of the stuff they carry, but he knows his products as well.
