Literally the best Vape shop , did a 25 minute drive to get a disposable (since Chicago bans them) and was not disappointed. Staff was awesome, all of their products are authentic. Will be going again ! And shout out to one of the staff members that was wearing a rose shirt excellent service :D

I don't write many detailed reviews, but I absolutely love this place. Everyone at this location is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a great selection. The one occasion I went in looking for something they'd never heard of, they listened and asked questions instead of being dismissive as many busy shops may have done. AND they had the product in stock already the next time I stopped in. I also once left my items on the counter after paying and they remembered and returned them to me when I came back in hours later. That same day it was suddenly pouring rain and my favorite employee insisted on driving one of the other regular customers back to his job down the street so he wouldn't have to work in wet clothes. I don't know if they remember every customer or if I stick out because I'm talkative but they treat me like a friend every time I walk in. I just love this place's whole vibe.

I went there a couple times a week recently there have been a couple of new employees Who have been mean and rude just so they can bully customers who don't know about the product I brought this to their attention and I got yelled at and kicked out This used to be a great place that I recommended to a lot of people I now feel guilty about recommending this to any newcomer cuz I know they were probably treated horribly

This place is the real deal. Great customer service. I bought a device from a different shop a while back but couldn't find coils for it anywhere. I probably went to 15 different places nobody had them or wanted to help. They all tried to sell me a different device. Smoke Depot not only had the coils, they said they would order more so I would never run out. Super solid crew, and super solid loyalty program. Thanks guys!

Been vaping over 3 years and had my share of less than average vape shops while residing here in Chicago. Not just because of higher prices or selection but the staff was usually less than thrilled to be there, let alone tending to customers. First time going to Smoke Depot (Lincolnwood) was about 3 months ago and the staff is top notch. I don't buy too much juice at B&Ms but batteries/coils and the occasional tank I do stop in for. Their selection of tanks/pods/juice is huge and well presented. They know their stuff and are not going to try and oversell something for sake of making a buck. Exceptional service and just good staff all around. This is how you keep customers coming back. Keep doing what you do Smoke Depot.

This is the best vape shop I’ve been to since moving back to Chicago years ago. It’s huge, the people are super friendly, they have a TON of variety, and they were playing Nickelodeon on the TV. The guy behind the counter - whose name I’m spacing right now... I’m sorry! He had a lot of really beautiful tattoos and blonde-ish shoulder length hair - was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Really attentive to everything going on in the shop too. He fixed my vape for me despite it not being a repair shop and the piece being from somewhere else! I was sweaty and shaking from riding my bike - sorry I was such a spaz, you guys are amazing! Thanks again!
