This place is a pretty cool pit stop if you’re looking for anything vape/smoke related. Their tobacco prices are decently lower than the local shops because of the municipality that they’re in. The people are hella friendly and it smells nice as soon as you walk through the door. Shoutout to Aqsa!

I’ve always loved this place, everything is on point from product selection to prices etc and the staff has always been helpful. my last visit i went in shortly before closing and unbeknownst to them I was feeling overwhelmed and anxious after a rough day. They were patient with my nonsensical jumbled description of what I came in for and found it for me, and when I was short a couple dollars instead of sending me on my way as I expected they rightfully would, they let me off the hook. I offered to run home and grab cash to bring back but they simply said they just hoped I came back. Not every day that a trip to a smoke shop is so impactful but I am very grateful. Again, what most are likely looking for are the initial points- incredible selection and prices, but kindness like that is so important right now and it was clearly genuine. Thank you!

Started coming here after the city of chicago banned the sale of vapes in the city. Normally I never have issues but lately the price has been so inconsistent and changed each time I come in. Sometimes I end up paying $15 for a posh plus and other time $16. Think I’ll do some digging and see if I can find somewhere cheaper.

I gave this place a try shortly after they opened simply because I just thought the name was funny, and I have to say this is now my favorite smoke shop in the Chicagoland area. The prices are very reasonable, and Abdul goes above and beyond to take care of his customer’s needs. I’ve been to so many smoke & vape shops where i’ve been treated horribly and they try to sell me things I don’t need. That doesn’t happen here. Thank you iCloud!!

Awesome shop!! Abdul told me he would replace a broken dry vape for me, as when I opened the box it was already malfunctioning. Even though they were out of stock at the shop, he was able to get it for me the same day! The prices are amazing too!

Honestly, the BEST place ever. Just moved into the area and finding hookah supplies is very hard. I found this place just walking distance from my apartment. I walked in and immediately was welcomed and the two guys there were so helpful. Recommended the best hookah I’ve ever tried. Forever will go to this place.

I can't remember the last time I've felt like a vape shop really cares about me and my needs and wishes. Sultan over at iCloud is absolutely the nicest and most service-oriented person in the vape community, period. I walked in after they first opened, and haven't been to another vape shop since. I haven't even ordered anything online -- Sultan just takes care of me.
