This is without question the definitive hookah shop for Cheyenne! After getting back into hookah, I’ve been on the hunt for a great shop and found nigh all “smoke” shops in town to be lacking proper hookah inventory. Grievously my search for a local shop continued till I found myself here. Walking in I was promptly and welcomingly greeted, something no other shop has done, and expert assistance in finding exactly what I needed was provided. To my pleasant surprise they also have a large inventory of shisha. Hitherto I have found all other shops to have only a dismal supply on hand. My only wish would have to found choices for tobacco free shisha, nevertheless this is now my go to store for my smoke needs.

I've been to a few smoke shops around Cheyenne, but The Smoke Shop has been the most reliable shop when it comes to choices, varieties, and items that are in stock. The prices match to other stores, friendly and helpful staff, and a great atmosphere.

Clean place, staff was fine they were busy ish so maybe that was it. Wish it had a little bit more variety of products I ended up just getting the battery and bought a cartridge flavor elsewhere. They currently have construction going on so its a little cluttered.

Always love this place the staff is great and they have a great selection of glass and some apparel. Needs a restock of vape juice though. They always seem to be running out of some of the better juice.

I am a regular at this store. From the first time I went in, and every time after, the staff go out of their way to educate their customers on their products, and they take time to answer all of your questions. They are rarely out of products, and are great about ordering for you and getting in touch when your item comes in. I only use a few specific products from here, but the owner makes sure all of the products are ethically sourced and local if at all possible to support our local economy and small businesses in Wyoming and Colorado. I recommend this place to anyone looking for alternative health products and products for pain, alternatives to mainstream chemical medications, the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and I enjoy every employee's attention and conversation.

Bad experience all the way around. Had to make 4 trips.At the end of this the vapor pen kit ,that was what I needed in the first place.When I thought it was Over and in 4 days it started shorting out,making it a hazard of possible explosion. The person working was rude the first one who was there before was also there,no help.Only 3 days ,that is all the time to bring things back.WHAT!! Almost $60,what a rip off. Guess what I spoke to the owner.She listened,that helped.Then when she looked in to it.She later called me it was all straightened out.

If you like to Vape then this place is for you. They have every thing from beginner set ups, to mod builders delights, they even have some pretty cool clothes, too! If they don't have it, they will try to get it for you and the more you spend the bigger discounts you get.
