They had everything that you'd need to fulfill your tobacco and herbal needs. Plus a Ray-Gun blowtorch, what's better then that? Definitely one I'll be sure to hit up everytime I'm near Cheyenne! Writing this review for both these sites. They have a wonderful collection of flavors and equipment with some flavors you can't get at other places. But, the big reason why I will only shop Black Market Vapes is the employees. They are some of the coolest, knowledgeable, and professional employees I had ever had to deal with. When you are there they will answer any and all questions never appearing to be annoyed. They love where they work and it shows in customer service. I always ask for there recommendations on flavors. When they show me one I had already they find another good flavor for me to have. Sorry for the long review but I hope the Boss realizes that they are doing a great job with the business and on there hiring process.

They are always willing to answer any of your questions, (no matter how silly you may think they are) and help you find the perfect product for you. Whatever that may be! I love this store, they're staff is always friendly with smiles on and know about the products they sale. I really dislike going where they don't know anything about what they're selling so you can't ask them anything. Also if something is wrong with what you get. " because let's face it electronics don't always work the why they should".... lol they do they're best to make it right. Love that about this store.! 100% would recommend them to anyone. Oh and they're selection on glass work is amazing too at both locations!. But don't take my word for it... go check them out and see for yourself, both stores are great.!.

I went in as a normal trip and I spoke to nick the very first time. He stuck up a conversation and made me feel like I was a VIP customer. He did the same exact thing for the people in front of me too. I’ve talked with a good majority of the employees and they have had only top notch customer service. From new to the usuals, every single employee has and will go above and beyond. They always have the answer to any question I have or anyone that’s in the store.

I travel back and forth between Laramie and Cheyenne consistently and the Cheyenne location is on point. Wesley explained things well and was super helpful. 10/10 experience there. Me and my bf are truck drivers who happened to go out of service in Wyoming. Decided to do some shopping and the staff here extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up getting two phrüt vapes. He recommended the honey dew one for him and that one tastes like fruit heaven. They even showed us other products and might I add, he’s a very genuine guy. We love coming here, not only the products but mainly the employees are what keep bringing us back, they're always up to make awesome recommendations it never feels like we're strangers and they're all super knowledgeable about their products, although sometimes they do have problems with inventory and running out of certain products they literally go above and beyond to find you something to make you happily definitely the only smoke shop getting our business! A few of my faves down below, oh and not to mention military discount as well as police first responder etc.

Employees are unbelievably nice and deserve a raise. That being said the company/store itself has ZERO personality. It feels like they put as little money and effort possible into the store itself and only care about stocking the significantly over priced items. Definitely has the vibe of a stale waffle. Items are double the price here compared to ever other smoke shop in town. Don't waste your money.

They only ID me if I don’t bring my id. They should ID every time not just when they feel like it. I was told not to return unless I bring my ID, no issues the smoke shop a block away is cheaper I found out! Guess I’ll be hopping else where. I have no issue with needing my ID but tired of them only I forcing it occasionally and for specific people. I used to shop here every other week but not any more

Hands down the best smoke shop in Cheyenne! I was a long-time customer with Bear Necessities on Lincolnway but honestly, both their selection & general customer service have not left me nearly as satisfied as Black Market has! Consider me a new long-time customer here instead! Shoutout to Nick who works at both locations in Cheyenne, who provided me with great deals and helpful knowledge. So I work in the oil field, I have for 8 years now. With those 8 years came 23 moves, countless cities traveled through, ( my guess 200+) and the lower 48 traveled. I have been a very avid glass collector for the last 10 years of my life. The reason for mentioning my travle through the US is that I have been to, oh I don't know 6-700 different smoke/head shops; this store specifically is hands down THE BEST in terms of cleanliness, laid back yet respectably vibe, the magnitude and variation of product, (i couldn't NOT find what i would ever need or want) the price is beatable if you are one of those people trying to "save a buck" and recieve cheap glass, (remember BUY ONCE CRY ONCE) shoot im not a big fan of cheyenn (met alot of rude people) and even the customers were all well behaved, and decent. Lets not forget about the beautiful puppers behind the counter! If you smoke/vape you are wasting your time and money by not going here. 10 Stars would be given if possible! EDIT: I have never written a review for a smoke shop, for some reason this is the only one I sought worth writing a review for. Onto of what I originally went for I paid $100 for $130-$150 worth of stuff! They have plenty more mystery bags/boxes yall buy them things up!!

Super amazing store, all sorts of stuff 4 any smoking variety needs. The great variety is only exceeded by the quality of their friendly & kind staff. I had a small pod which needed a new atomiser, they were willing 2 order me the correct unit, however since I'm an impatient person the staff presented me with a similar alternative. Which turns out 2 b better then my originally bought pod. They even offered 2 look at my previous pod in order 2 determine if perhaps it could b fixed, or at least troubleshoot the common problems hoping 2 fix my old one. Most stores just try 2 sell you a new device. Turns I had started this review & totally forgot 2 finish it, & now almost a year later I return 2 my favourite vape store & make new friends, who once again displayed exceptional professionalism, knowledge, kindness, friendliness, & their truly honest desire 2 help. Nora & drake did as their predisessors, they did not fail 2 amaze me with inviting kindness & respect. Thank u 4 all of u at black market vape who together make your store absolutely unique & priceless.

Stopped in there yesterday! Traveling from Michigan and my vape died. Unfortunately I hadn't bought another one before we left. So we searched all night, no luck along our route to Utah. Stopped at a gas station once morning hit and a woman recommended us to the this shop here. She pointed us the right way! Bryce and the guys were a great bunch of guys. Very cool, welcoming. Informative, and quick to help solve my issue. Didn't have my brand and flavor but definitely hooked us up with the best options. Great options, great prices. Nice size store, good selection but we must have visited at a bad time. Went in this past Sunday for the first time & not being from this state were hoping for some direction. Young man working was not pleasant nor helpful even when we explained we were from out of state. Being an excellent tipper when given good service, it was hard for me to hit that "no tip" button but he offered no assistance. Will go back because I trust that this was a one time occurance!!

The black market vape shop in Cheyenne Wyoming is a good vape shop to go to we could get Vape stuff one day I left my vape mod in The Vape Shop halfway home and a guy named Nick realized I did stuck it behind the counter for me and when I got back he had it and gave it to me the service was good and the fact that he had my my vape mod behind the counter for me to get it back
